The host was very nice and helpful- our evening flight was delayed so we arrived at around 01:30/02:00 and he waited up for us to receive us and show us around. Everything was beautiful clean and comfortable and we had a good nights rest after a hectic day of travel. We only stayed for one night upon arrival to the island and location was great (we could take the bus from the airport, but due to our delayed flight the buses were no longer operational at that time) we also walked to the beachfront and bus the next day. breakfast was a typical sweet Italian affair- also a welcome bonus after our traveling. We also really appreciated that he prepared a cot for our son.

Good comunication with host, everything was fast and on time. Rooms are big and really clean, you have outside of room you bathroom that was also really clean and spacious. Location is perfect.

We booked this only b/c of location, breakfast was cornflakes with some sweets, so do not expect a lot. All around are Bakerys and restaurants, you will not be hungry.

The location was excellent - near a beach; short, scenic walk to the historic area; close to bus stop to airport/Porto Torres ferry.

A specific time for arrival and phone communication are needed in order for someone to be at the location to open the gate , entrance door and to get the keys. Of note to others (but not affecting the review), the rooms are up 2 flights of stairs, which may be important to those with mobility problems and/or very heavy luggage.

Superb! The facility is located right next to the beach and the bus stop. Very close to the old town and good restaurants. Comfortable, clean rooms. Bathroom and kitchen very well equipped. Professional and kind staff. Will come back for sure!

Everything was very good. The city beach, bus stop, shops and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The host provided us with breakfast and cleanliness with a discreet presence.Although the bathroom is separate, it is very clean, close to the room and was only ours.

Domenico is a great host. The room was big, and as the rest of the house, super clean. Good AC and comfy bed. Big private bathroom just outside the room (in my case). Great location. Old town is 15 mins by walk and a lot of other spots are at walking distance, beach included (not even 5 minutes). If you're looking for a b&b in a quiet street and a tactical spot for your vacation I'd say this is the one for you. Very recommended.

The host was extremely forthcoming: On Sunday he made a delicious cake that he left on the counter for breakfast. When I told him I needed an iron, he got me one 2 minutes later. The room and bathroom were neat and the airconditioner worked impeccably.
