I returned to the hotel after a previous pleasant experience. Some highlights: hotel (aesthetic), location (close to the beach, city center & bus station) and staff (very helpful).

I would have liked to give the highest mark, but I think that the breakfast should be optimized in the sense of offering a diversification, at least once every few days.

Great location with a sandy beach just across the road and a 20/25 min walk to the old town. Very pleasant staff and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Plenty of sun loungers round the pool.

Maybe a little quiet if you’re used to some entertainment. Breakfast was adequate but hot food could be improved. …but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great staff, especially Anna in the bar and Valentina in reception. Francisco very professional as well. Great bal ony view too. Dining room lovely.

No sun lounger pads - would have made a huge difference from a comfort point of view. European (English language) newspapers to buy on site?

Excellent location opposite the promenade and beach. Restaurants, shops and paddle tennis courts within a few minutes walk and old town just 10 mins walk. Immaculately kept bedrooms, pool area and public spaces with welcoming staff who do everything to create a relaxing ambience in the hotel. Lots of sunbeds, bar service by the pool, modern facilities and decent gym yet retains a traditional Sardimian vibe. Hotel is a credit to the management and would not hesitate to recommend. Excellent value. Hope to return.

One suggestion is for mattresses on the sunbeds.

The room was quite comfortable, with a large terrace overlooking the sea and the pool. Very clean in the room. Very good mattresses. Modern furniture. Very good WiFi. The hotel is located close to the bus station that connected the airport and the beaches near the city. Friendly reception staff.

Thin walls. Breakfast could be better. Juices from chemicals. An employee in the dining room dropped a bread roll on the floor, after which she picked it up and put it in the basket on the table without any embarrassment.

Very nice location, close to the center. Small but covered Parking. Very fast check in. Staff is polite and professional. For more than enough exercises, a gym is available. Breakfast is ok. Room is decent size and beds are comfortable. Hotel is clean and very nice.

Price is a bit high. Limited parking. (maybe some remote for the garage door, for the guest with parking place). Windows couldn't open in the gym. TOO MUCH reserved tables on breakfast for late comers and no showers. No fresh fruits and vegetables on the breakfast. Lack of "Do not disturb " sign in the room.

Excellent location. Great views from our balcony. The room was cleaned every day. In general plenty of choice for breakfast. We enjoyed the fruit, bread rolls and coffee. The hot food options didn't appeal to us. The staff were all very pleasant, attentive and helpful. They spoke excellent English. The luggage/shower room was an excellent facility given that our return flight was later in the evening. We were able to spend our last day at the hotel pool and then freshen up before heading to the airport.

I wasn’t aware about the “hotel tax” that is payable and wondered why it wouldn’t just be added to the cost of the booking. Would also like the have the menu/breakfast change up on different days, pretty much the exact same things every morning

We liked pretty much everything about the hotel. I would give 4*, not only 3*. It is located very close to the city center and a beautiful beach, Maria Pia (about 15 min walk). The room was big enough for 3, spotless clean, the beds were confortable. Netflix in Romanian for children was a big plus. The staff of the hotel was great, espeacially the ladies from the bar-pool, they were amazing, very polite and helpful with everyrhing we needed. The pool was not very big but enough for us, cosy and clean.

The breakfast could be improved. The food was tasty but the variety was very limited (for e.g. no kind of cheese). Not the hotel fault but the beach in front of Florida Hotel and its neighbourhood is not good, full of seagrass, the water seemed nice from the distance but was kind of dity and it smelled awfull.

Hotel is right on the beach, and within walking distance of the old city and Marina, Welcome and attention by staff is very good. and request me made was dealt with without any question. Restaurant for breakfast is lovely and spacious

For certain groups there were table reservations made, not really a problem but it creates a feeling of 2 tier tioe of clients. which does not help the feeling all are important. Breakfast is very good but they could add a small little extra or change at some days
