This is a lovely family run B&B about 10 mins drive outside of Amalfi. Rosa was an amazing hostess and told us everything we needed to know about the area including some great restaurant recommendations. Facility is bright and clean. Lovey little balcony overlooking the ocean. The location is outside of Amalfi - about a 30 minute walk uphill!!! There is a bus that runs but usually only once an hour. So you have to plan your day very well. Very affordable option considering some of the hotel prices in Amalfi. Highly recommend.

Matteo’s B&B was beautifully presented and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing! Breakfast included an omelette and caprese salad every morning along with delicious croissants and cereals. Rosa did an amazing job of booking restaurants for me and my friend, booking transfers, and giving us great recommendations. She was very accommodating, there was nothing she wouldn’t do for us. I would happily stay there again!

The property doesn’t have access to laundry facilities however Rosa gave us washing detergent to wash our clothes with water which was good. The location is great and an easy downhill walk to Amalfi however a bus is required to get back up the hill and to other places along the coast, but this is to be expected.

The bnb was very well connected to amalfi town, with a bus stop right outside! It cost only 1.40€ for a single journey. Rosa was very knowledgeable, able to advise us on local restaurants, bars and day trips! We visited local towns by boat, which was very easy. The views from the room were beautiful, and the breakfast was very tasty. We would love to come back in the future. We would also recommend going on the lemon tour (advertised in the entrance of the bnb) to learn more about the amalfi lemon, and try their lemonade, lemon cake and limoncello. We especially loved our meals at la taverna degli apostoli and Al pesce a’oro. Thank you again!

Small location; just 3 rooms. Felt very safe. Rooms were as pictured. Rosa is absolutely amazing. From the delicious breakfast (I dream about those croissants and cappuccino) to her suggestions about activities, it was all very, very good. Great location, as long as you learn the bus system.

We had ants in our room one day, but they came and fixed the problem very quickly. Being from Florida, we are used to all kinds of critters. Didn’t really bother us.

The B and B is in a lovely location just outside of Amalfi. The property was very modern and kept to an extremely high standard. The breakfast was very tasty, with lots of tomatoes from the b and b’s garden, omelette and fresh mozzarella and other options available. It is extremely easy to get into Amalfi by bus, the stop is outside the property and takes under 10 minutes to get into the town centre.

There were no problems or concerns about the property.

Matteo’s bed and breakfast was located very conveniently to a bus stop and a short 25 minute walk into Amalfi. The breakfast was made with fresh ingredients and the coffee was great! The staff and owners made you feel as if you were staying with your family and even gave us a ride to the ferry at the end of our trip so we didn’t have to take the bus! When we first arrived late we were helped with our luggage up the stairs and provided bus tickets and suggestions for dinner. The room was great and we had all the amenities we needed! We would highly recommend this place!

Past 10pm there is no bus service from Positano to Amalfi which could make it difficult for those not wanting to take a taxi which cost approximately €110 from Positano to the bed-and-breakfast after 10 PM. However many places close by in Almalfi to eat! The staff were always happy to make suggestions and help out with the bus service and arranging a taxi if necessary.

Lovely B&B just outside Amalfi town. Rosa really looked after us and ensured we had everything we needed and gave some great travel tips. The breakfast was lovely and the property was really clean and tidy. Whilst the property isn’t in the centre of Amalfi, there is a bus stop right outside which will take you to the harbour or it’s a 20-30 minute walk with incredible views which I would definitely recommend!

The balcony of our room was really small but this wasn’t too much of an issue.

The room it was very clean. The furniture and the electronic divices were new and functional. A plus in the bathroom a radiator in function in april. We had receive the room we chose with the view at the see. We had receive very good indications from the owner in how to travel in the area near by, the atractions and restaurants in the area. Very good breakfast, and very good expreso. Thaks for the hospitality, i recomend this place, i hope to return here. We were feeld spoileds.

This view was absolutely amazing. The room was lovely and clean. The breakfast was so good every morning. The staff were so helpful sent a list of the best places and restaurants. The room is a little away from the town but there is a bus stop right out the front with a bus that comes every hour super easy to navigate. I highly recommended this as a quiet place to get away
