Nestled amidst lush greenery and steeped in history, my recent stay at this serene historic hotel was an enchanting experience. From the moment I stepped foot on its grounds, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of spirituality and tranquility. The place interior is renovated :modern bathrooms, controllable air conditions and there is an elevator inside this old building. An unexpected highlight of my stay was the availability of a free shuttle that took us to the nearby beach where a private area is reserved for the hotel , and it returned us back Do not miss to take your morning coffee outdoor near the breakfast area. Whether you seek solace, rejuvenation, or simply a break from the daily hustle and bustle, this spiritual haven provides a sanctuary where you can embark on a journey of self-reflection. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in search of beauty and tranquility.

I would recommend leaving an iron machine and board in a common area at the hotel for guests use.

Impossible to walk to the beach, only with transfer or by car. No swimming pool in hotel, although there is large area for this. I walked to the nearest city and there is nothing to do there, it looks like an abandoned area

The staff is great, super friendly, and helpful. The restored historical building creates a great experience with a great view of the sea and some restful gardens to relax and walk.

All the rooms are restored using drywall which makes every sound or hit on the wall rumble across the floors, waking you up in the middle of the night. The beds are very uncomfortable and hard. The style of the room does no justice to the rest of the building. It really feels like 2 different locations. Building 10 rooms 5

Clean, big room, interesting history of the building. Near the beach (3 min drive) and supermarket. Good value for money. Ok breakfast included in the price. Staff was helpfull. Our GPS got us on a gravel road but we asked a local and he took us to the entrance with a smile.

Dinner was just ok and the staff was helpfull but clarly needed more time to polish the service level.

Margarita was so kind to arrange a pick up and drop off. Gianluca served Breakfast even we arrived late due to flight. Breakfast was varied and the restaurant food cooked by Chef Pino was excellent fresh and large portions. Daniel gave us all the information about the area.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for hot drinks as the bar only opens for breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to drive us to the beach out of hours. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. No mini bar in the room.

The long walk uphill towards the hotel and the airconditioning didn't cool enough at night time. Not many options for breakfast.

Historicity of the building, the size of the room

The toiletries were not useful. There’s no shelf or something similar to put the shampoo or soap in the shower. You have to put them on the floor and the cabin is not big enough to put them down and take them back. There were only three hangs in walk-in closet for three people.

The rooms? Amazing, spacious. Walked to the sea and around the grounds, lovely. Aperitifs and dinner? Delicious. Beds? We slept soundly and well. Breakfast outside the next morning? Healthy choices galore, and yummy coffee. The staff throughout our stay? Young, skilled, thoughtful, caring and happy.

Lovely facilities, very comfortable and large room, convenient to the airport. The staff was AMAZING, very kind and helpful, eager to help with a couple of special requests and situations for our last minute, one night stay (selected because we suddenly had a 6 AM flight out of Ancona airport the next morning!)

Wifi access was more complicated than most places, required frequent re-entry with the password, and was slow.

Stunning property with lovely gardens. so very peaceful and quiet. Room was lovely and comfortable. The spa bath was perfect after a long day of travelling. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and great value for money.

No kettle or tea/coffee facilities in room and no coffee shop on site.
