My husband and I had the most delightful stay at the hotel from July 4-7, 2024, and we cannot speak highly enough of our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the wonderful staff, who made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our entire stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing us with a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. What truly stole our hearts was the breathtaking city view from our room - a panorama that captured the essence of the city's charm and beauty. Being so close to both the beach and the pool was a real treat. The proximity to the sea allowed us to unwind with tranquil walks along the shore, making our stay even more memorable. Each morning, we looked forward to the delicious breakfast spread, which exceeded our expectations for a 3-star hotel. The croissants were particularly delightful - fresh, flaky, and simply irresistible! It was a perfect start to our days of adventure. The highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional assistance we received from the hotel staff. When we encountered difficulty finding bus tickets to Rome, they went above and beyond to assist us, ensuring that we were able to secure our tickets without any hassle. Their kindness and dedication truly made a difference for us, and we are immensely grateful for their help. Overall, our experience at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and eagerly look forward to returning ourselves in the future. Warm welcome. Modern design. Sea view. Away from the hustle and bustle of Rome but within easy reach on the train. I stayed here 11 years ago and have been meaning to come back since then! Nino and Angela not only remembered me but were so accommodating and warm in welcoming me back. It’s a perfect spot if you want to combine sun and sand with a city break. It’s just an hour into Rome and only €3.60 on the train. Thanks to both of you.

There are lovely sea and coastal views from all over the hotel, especially from the top floor breakfast room/sitting area. It is a short stroll to the nearest beach and there is a pleasant roof top pool. The room was very pleasant and comfortable and had a side view to the sea. The property was only a short walk from Anzio Colonia station. The breakfast was good.

The property was further than we expected from the heart of Anzio with its restaurants. It was a long walk. We tried to work out the buses, but found it very complicated, despite help offered by the hotel.

Nino is an excellent host. Location is very good: 3 blocks from train station (1 hour train from Rome Termini). Right infront the beach. 15 minutes walk to a Anzio center. Swimming pool in the last floor with Seaview were you can enjoy beautiful sunsets in the sea. Breakfast also served there. Room and bedroom very comfortable, airconditioners worked perfect. Shower works perfect. Quiet neighborhood.Ideal if you want to take some rest from the people and noise during your stay at Rome!

Anything I didn't like

this place is fantastic, and really exceeds its 3-star rating. The rooms are modern and spotless, the breakfast is vast and varied for such a small property, it has a heated pool, and a terrace with sun beds. It’s also across close to the beach and the owners are lovely. It was the perfect place to relax for a few days, and because it was low season the beaches across the road were free - water was crystal clear. I loved it all.

Beautiful views over the Med. Excellent breakfasts. The room was simple but well cared for. It appears to be a family run hotel and their services were excellent.

the main restaurant within galf a mile is a seafood restaurant which was lovely but quite expensive.

It's a wonderful place, clean, the breakfast is good, it has an amazing view, the staff are very friendly and nice. We loved it.

Incredible and very helpful staff. We had to leave before breakfast was served in order to catch a plane, and they arranged for us to have an early breakfast. Very helpful and suggesting places to eat and other things around town. The staff couldn't have been better.

The location was very nice, right by the sea. We had a great room with a sea view and a balcony. It wasn't right next to the town center, which would have been good..

This hotel was absolutely perfect! A short walk from the train station, ocean views, and across from the beach. The pool was gorgeous and everything was spotless. We had a wonderful time and I look forward to returning.
