The dinners were delicious and delightful ! The waiters are friendly and professional and the food was always amazingly tasty (both during dinner & breakfast). Our room was very nice with sea view and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the hotel's swimming pools - there's 9 pools and the location of the hotel is great. You have a lot of privacy and everything is super clean and safe. 100% recommended!

It can get very windy at this part of Sardinia....

The hotel is directly at the beach, has many swimming pools. The breakfast was delicious, very well served with many options. Also the staff was great. We had a great time there.

The only problem that the hotel should take care as soon as possible is the "beach chair reservation". Although this practice is not allowed (according to the regulation written and accessible via QR code on the rooms), many guests (specially from Germany) insist on doing this. This practice leads to discomfort and discussions between guests, but the hotel just do not interfere. A simple way to solve it would be to make people aware of it directly on the check in, just like the "new towels rule"(that costs an extra), etc. We saw guest reserving the chairs by putting towels on them really early in the morning and just not showing up the whole day! It means that this guest prevented other guest from using the chairs for the whole day.

Beautiful location, views amazing from our sea view room. The room was spotless clean & breakfast plentiful loads of choice .

The sun bed situation was not good ,always plenty of spare deck chairs on the private beach if you wanted to sit upright all day not great for people like us (bad back).the sun beds which were available had gone most days by 8.30 with towels on them being reserved.I think it’s rare for a hotel of this standard not to have a kettle and tea and coffee in the room which we would have liked.

Excellent location, very helpful friendly staff. Our second time staying and if anything better than the first visit. Check in easy, room very much to our personal liking. The small pools ideal to cool off in. Well done to all members of the hotel staff.

The gym needs attention. The personal fitness aspect is very important to a section of guests. Two of the three thread mills out of order. It has the feeling of a part of the hotel that is not important, Wrong ! This needs a small investment and a revamp. Also , have a look at the breakfast experience, could a new layout help with the flow of guests?

the location is perfect and the fact that they have their own private beach is a big bonus ! free chairs and umbrellas on the beach and by the pool. Also , all the common spaces of the hotel , like bar, reception , lounge - they are big and nice and welcoming .

the rooms are a little dated ( especially the bathroom / shower ) , but spotless clean , so in the end it doesn't matter. Also , our room was ''side sea view '' which meant it was looking over the rooftop of the restaurant . we wanted to upgrade, but is was fully booked, so no change was possible even for extra cost .

We were treated to a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room on arrival which was a lovely gesture. The housekeeping staff were excellent, the room was always spotless and cleaned very quickly. The room was large with lots of storage, there are many swimming pools in the complex to choose from and the beach was lovely with good snorkeling (very nosy fish who immediately come over to investigate when you get in the water.) As a bonus, as the hotel is at the bottom of a very steep hill, we were delighted that the restaurant Foodie across from the hotel, serves amazing food and is very good value, so we ate there most nights.

The whole of the bar terrace is a smoking area so we only got to sit there and admire the view once, when it was quiet and the terrace filled up with non-smokers before the smokers arrived after dinner.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we have enjoyed every moment. It is a very nice location with its own private beach, at 300-400 m away from the city centre where there are plenty of restaurants and some shops. The staff is always helpful, both in the reception and restaurant. We had the half board option - you may choose between 3 options for each of the 4 courses with tasty Sardinian style options. It is true there are plenty of restaurants nearby however the prices will be higher and more or less similar options as the hotel offers.

All good from the hotel/staff side. However this year there where way more & noisy tourists so way more busy at the pools and beach.

didn`t like the breakfast, limited variety, so I didn`t eat there at all. Beach is excellent so as the location. Dinner food was included with the price but the quality and the variety could have been better. The lunches are great though, excellent quality of products. The staff are polite. I had my birthday there on the first night and staff made me a real treat which was just amazing and the best I have ever got from the hotel. Thank you so much!

breakfast, limited options for dinner. No spa, massage price to call on site was 150 euros for 1 massage which is absolutely ridiculous when in London the price for the same 1 hour massage is only £50! Live music at the bar could be more lively, felt sometimes too boring.

The hotel is located 300 meters from Baia Sardinia town full of restaurants. It sits over two lovely small bays - one with a private beach another one more rocky with more difficult access. It has many terraces where sunbeds are located so it is never crowded. There are places to sit with a drink - outside with a beautiful view including sunset or inside in a spacious lobby. We had a sea view room which was stunning. The beds were comfy but as we discovered our daughter - in another room - had more comfy pillows! Rooms and the area is kept very clean. Reception speaks good English and was really trying - we were with our grown up daughter who had different room and as I asked to locate her near us - her room was just opposite ours. The hotel offers lunch and has snack bar where it is possible to eat at any hour.

The hotel wifi was weak. Breakfast was the same every day - quite monotonous, not too many fruit. Pity that the swimming pools were open only between 8 am and 8 pm. It would be lovely to be able to swim before breakfast or in the evening.

The location couldn't be better. The views and private beach access and swimming spots were the things dreams are made of. The many swimming pools and lounging areas were also wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food at the beach bar and restaurant for lunch was excellent. The quality of the cocktails served on the terrace was out of this world - strong contender against any of the best cocktail bars in London!

The sun loungers on the beach didn't recline, so they weren't the most comfortable. We opted to put our towels straight on the sand in order to properly lie down instead. The rooms although very spacious, don't feature any tea-making facilities which was disappointing, and there could be more plug points in each room. It sounds trivial, but the room really could have done with a Do Not Disturb sign too, as the cleaners like to come in from 09:45. Breakfast options could have been more diverse.
