Location, proximity to the beach, size of the apartment, privacy and the unique architecture of the original Costa Smeralda.

The kitchen lacked cleaning detergent -we had to buy one, the coffee machine was not working and the bathroom was making regular noise (something inside the building), and when you are close to restaurant (like we were) you get some additional noise on the terrace at night and the smell from pizza oven.

WE have stays in this property a year before as well. When we arrived we were given nice big room, however we did not liked the location. Last year we stayed in the part of the hotel close to the beach and we did not know the other part not so close is the same hotel. We have been told, that as we did not provided comment at the time of reservation we were not put to the closer part. However they have been able relocate us to the exact same room as year before the next morning. Since we have stayed longer this was very much appreciated and I was very happy they were able to accommodate to our needs

The fact that if you want to stay close to beach you need to let them know in advance. If I was in the part not so close to the beach I would never come back again.

The appartment was really spacious and comfortable. We got an upgrade so we had an appartment overlooking the sea! We liked that there was a typical italian vibe in the rooms. The kitchen was well equiped and there was a lot of closet space. The location was great, we were very near to the best beaches and only 15 minutes drive to most places we wanted to visit. The beach in front of the hotel was also nice with sunbeds and a small kiosk to buy some refreshments. And last but not least; overall friendly staff and a lovely breakfast with a lot of choice. So great experience!

For us it was totally fine but there are quite some steps. If you are not fit I would suggest requesting an appartment that is less high on the hill. Staff in the restaurant and beach bar seemed somewhat distracted. Pizza on our first night was not what I expected, would not recommend to eat at the restaurant.

We were blown away by this hotel. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect when we booked? But we were pleasantly surprised to find we were staying in a private apartment equipped with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and outdoor deck with an incredible view. The bathroom and shower were also extremely nice. The apartment-style room felt private, but also part of a little mini-town that makes up the hotel. It truly resembles the type of Mediterranean hillside towns you see on postcards. While we did not spent much time on the hotel’s beach, it looked very pleasant. The hotel is in a great location that it suitable to travel to other areas on the Emerald Coast or other parts of Northern Sardinia. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They provided recommendations for restaurants in the immediate area. Overall we found our short stay better than expected and we wished we had booked a longer stay.

We don’t really have any complaints. The only wrinkle is the parking (if you choose to drive here). The parking spaces are up a long and windy driveway at the top of the hill. There are sometimes limited spaces so if the lot is full, you may. Be required to find parking on the street.

property offered large, self contained rooms with a stunning view over the cove/sea. we enjoyed access to the private beach, which was within a short walk and provided umbrellas and day beds (subject to availability so suggest getting there on time). we had onsite parking available near our room, which was very helpful as access to a car is required to visit the surrounding towns and beaches along the costa smeralda

The property appears to be aimed at families, as such had a lot of children running around and playing which impacted out quiet enjoyment of the facilities. not so many restaurants/bars in walking distance of the hotel in case you want to do something outside the property

Excellent location! The apartment was super comfortable with everything we needed. The fact that the beach was 2min walking was perfect :) The staff was super friendly and considerate! They gave us good suggestions about nice places to eat and local tips. And the best thing , it was provided a late checkout because our flight was in the afternoon. We loved everything and truly recommend this hotel to stay, 5*!

Apartments are comfortable, beach is very nice and it’s close to many restaurants, groceries etc

It would be nice if they have a swimming pool, it’s very handy for the families with children. Breakfast is little bit poor, it might be the traditional Italian breakfast but I want to see more options. Final remark is for staff, they are very nice people but unfortunately nobody can speak English. At the beach bar I asked ice latte and the lady gave me a glass of milk with ice😬

Very good location (close to the beaches, bars and restaurants). Beautiful view from the window. The hotel personnel was really helpful and supportive (helped us to join to the boat trip to La Maddalena, guided us about best beaches in the region, helped us to find restaurants which were open even till late hours etc.). The apartment was clean, and well equipped, there were a lot of space there were quiet and cosy Summarizing: Perfect place, personnel and views I highly recommend this place!

Everything ! Special shout out to Rita at the reception, who upgraded us to a sea view room, which was absolutely wonderful !! We had such a nice time, appartment was very comfy and spacious, very large bed, storage spaces, enormous terrace overlooking the resort and the sea. Service was impeccable, from check-in to check-out, we were nicely advised about best beaches and spots in the area, cleaning staff was so nice and efficient, we loved it ! Location is ideal, resort feels like its own village, few meters from its beach, easy parking, few minutes from Porto Cervo and Bahia Sardinia and so calm (end of season dynamic, but service still running, best of both words !) We definitely will return !!

We had a huge and a lovely apartment with sea view. The apartment is fully equipped (plates, glasses, coffe mashine) 2 min walk to the beach, we could use our own SUP paddle board, great place for paddling. There is also water sport centre next to the hotel. Plenty great restaurants around. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Everything was perfect just missing dishwasher liquid in the kitchen.
