gorgeous view of Assisi ! staff Gemma creating us every morning at breakfast with her friendly dazzling smile and Natasha welcoming us when we checked in and every morning. these ladies made our stay. awesome location and convenient to Assisi a short walk or drive gorgous views comfortable rooms and lovely welcoming stafff ! would recommend this lovely place to everyone we know. quick access also to highways to other parts of Umbria and Tuscany and lovely pool to cool off from the heat and enjoy the views

nothing it was perfect and wonderful

Breakfast was very good - staff exceptionally friendly and helpful - could not do enough for us. The beautiful breakfast room had bio fold doors onto the gardens so we were able to have breakfast outside which was very much appreciated.The bedroom was kept beautifully clean with plenty of fresh linen and towells and fresh bottled water left for us in the fridge. The owners very kindly organised collection from the airport and took us back which we didn’t expect and was very much appreciated.

The weather!

Great location and magnificent views of Assisi! surrounding gardens beautifully maintained and very pretty. Hostess Natascia was charming, friendly and extremely helpful - assisted with pick up and drop off at the station, helped with dining reservations/recommendations and made sure we were comfortable. The apartment was very spacious and clean. ( suitable for a family or 2 couples sharing.) Breakfast was generous with good choices. Extra snacks, fruit, tea and coffee were provided in the apartment.

iit’s a real gem. Staying here is the best choice because the terrace has the most beautiful view at dusk, which you can't see if you live in the city! Natascha is great and helped us a lot. The breakfast is simple and delicious, and I loved to enjoy my coffee and the great view. Would recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Assisi.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very, very friendly and welcoming. When the group was a bit late for check-in we received a friendly phone call and, because we didn't speak Italian, she had an associate call us back who could speak English. Very thoughtful.

The place is perfect. the location, the view to Assisi from the window. The hotel owner gave us personal hospitality, helped us several times to book a restaurant, communicated with us via text messages. her hospitality was no less than amazing.

Nothing, it was perfect!

Such a stunning location - the backdrop of Assisi was absolute perfection. Very relaxed and helpful hosts, lovely breakfast and fantastic facilities.

The environment was clean, beautifully presented and calm. Natasha and the team were very helpful their attention to detail was apparent. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at this villa ❤️

I only stayed 2 nights

the closeness to Assisi - you could walk. The swimming pool and the nice staff

I would have loved to have a small terrase or balcony close to the room to dry you swimming close etc.

Amazing place! I will be coming back! Great staff, beautiful property!
