The hotel is located in a quiet area with two very good restaurants nearby. 5 minutes driving to the nearest town with lots of nice food places, markets and 5 minutes driving to beautiful Balestrate beach. Room was very clean. Breakfast was simple but always fresh - especially delicious fresh croissants served with very good coffee. Great swimming pool - very clean with shower outside and very comfortable sun loungers. Very friendly staff. 30 minutes driving to Palermo airport and 45 minutes driving to Palermo city. Not a lot of tourists around more local people which makes the whole experience very genuine. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best hotel we stayed in Sicily, extremely clean, the Staff and special thanks to Misses Daniela she was beyond everything. The breakfast was perfect and delicious, the swimming pool really nice and the most important 2 minutes from the beach near the hotel and 8 minutes by Car to the main Balestrate beautiful beach. Great experience.

There is a small choice of food for late arrivals for breakfast. The pool opens very late at 9:30, very close to check out. The sea is very close but pretty dirty in those parts.

The swimming pool area is awesome. The staff is super friendly. This city is an understated area with a nice and clean sand beach, differently from other ones in Palermo area.

The shower box is tiny and the matresses need urgent refresh.

The hotel is close to the Palermo airport. ( 30 min drive) The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. There was a car park available. I haven't dined or had breakfast, so cannot comment on catering.

Very peaceful and great pool, Aircon made rooms comfy even in 40plus degree heat, Leonardo was always available to run us into the town or better beach

The place is immaculate and beautiful and the staff do everything to make you feel welcome . Fantastic pool that never gets crowded . Lovely stay near beach and two restaurants

Nice breakfast and comfy rooms. Air-conditioning worked perfectly and the pool was great. Very close to the beach and awesome shuttle service.

We ordered a twin bed and got a double one. Unfortunately the restaurant within the hotel was closed and there weren't many restaurants reachable by foot (except 2). But nothing being a real show stopper here
