Quiet, cosy and freshly renovated small hotel. Everything is clean, smells good and thought of. AC is important and works fine. Location is just 2-3 blocks away from the main night promenade, all restos, cafes, tabaccherias, grocery stores and the Lido beach. Parking on the nearby streets (incl. 2 dedicated hotel lots) is hassle-free. The host Nicolo was beyond kind, he even treated us with exceptional mamma-made casattelli.
Pillows may be reconsidered.

Stanze del Mare is an absolute gem. It's very well located in Balestrate, which is a vibrant town with nice restaurants. Nicolo, the host, goes out of his way to make the guests feel happy and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom well equipped and we even had a parking spot right in front of the B&B. We had to leave early to catch our flight and Nicolo provided us with vouchers so we could have our breakfast in one of the bars in the vicinity.

The pair that runs this place are very friendly. The rooms are very modern och nicely furnitured. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast served on the roof is very good by italian standards.
We came by car and thats a necessity if you stay here.

I could say the best B&B that i stayed in. Stuff in so kind, breakfast amazing, and especially terrasse on the roof with the view, where the breakfast in served!

Location was great. Quiet street. Towels were changed every other day. Close to many tourist attractions, bus stop.
