Beautiful property in an incredible location. We arrived late and our 3 year old was sick. The lovely staff were so accommodating and gave us our dinner in the room. The food was incredible, set menu but they made were able to cater for my 11 year old who is very fussy. The place has a wonderful feel about it and we would love to return.

The floors in the upstairs were very creeky probably because of the age of the place. Not a big problem for us but something worth the mention.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay there. Quiet an relaxing place, surrounded by beautiful views, and a very good location for reaching big cities by car. Loved the spacious family split level room, enough for a 4 members family stay, the friendly and helpful staff and the dinners, Davide and his family prepared for us and of course the wine. :) and the charming dogs :) . I wish we had more time to stay there.

Everything was perfect during this stay. Location with a great view. Room is spacious and clean, equipped with all needed facilities. Comfortable beds. Incredible dinner on site with a view on surrounding hills. A special thanks for the ability to have meal for the kids out of the menu’s For us cats and friendly dogs were also the bonus 😻 Many thanks to owners and staff for such a nice time. Hope that we will have ability to return next year

Fantastic space with facilities (dining area, pool, and outdoor areas), breakfast and dinner they offered was so enjoyable. We also did trail near by.

Its location is bit far from Firenze city centre (50min driving) and we didn’t drive, taxi is available but expect to spend around 100 euros or 40 euros and train to/from San Lorenzo.

We arrived at the hotel after hiking for a few hours in the rain and what a blessing! The hotel was very warm and cosy, the bed very comfy with thick blankets!! The room was very clean and the host extremely friendly. We also had an excellent dinner! I really enjoyed my stay! We couldnt try the pool due to the bad weather, so we will have to come back! :)

The surroundings are very nice. The host was speaking English and was very friendly. The room is spacious and when it was cold they switched on the heater, which was very nice. The dinner and wine offered there was amazing!

There are animals on the property which wander freely, so if you travel with an animal it can be problematic.

Beautiful room with amazing views from the property. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly. Shoutout to Davide who was great craic and gave us a lift back to the Via degli dei trail. Great food for amazing value (breakfast is class). Would return in a heartbeat.

Everything was amazing

Beautiful rooms and setting is so peaceful and picturesque. Davide kindly came to collect us from the Futa pass as we were exhausted hiking the Via Degli Dei, and dropped us back in the morning. We had a delicious home cooked dinner. Loved the dogs and cats too! Would highly recommend x

Very clean and nicely equipped house with a country setting. The breakfast is very good and they serve a spectacular dinner for 25€. The hosts are very friendly. I highly recommend this place

There wasn’t anything I did not like

Staff is professional, dinner was quite tasty and well prepared, though with not many vegetarian options so my advice is to plan that part well in advance. Breakfast was also good. As we traveled before summer season we didn't get a chance to enjoy their swimming pool and I am sure that would significantly add up to the overall experience. There are also two doggies and a cat and all of them are super cute.
