Madrigale Panoramic&Lifestyle Hotel

The location is superb, sitting above Garda with a lovely view across the Valley to the Lake. The Hotel and facilities are very well designed and laid out, making for a relaxed, peaceful vacation. The food and Catering are of a very high standard. The suite was spacious and well appointed.....and finally a special mention to The Staff! The Staff were exceptional in every respect. Informative, polite, helpful, friendly, engaging, smiling....nothing was too much trouble! It was our Wedding Anniversary and we were really looked after and everyone went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. We will definitely be returning! Special mention should go to Veronica and the staff at Reception. They were beyond helpful in sending emails to 'Autostrada' to help us with a dispute, and were instrumental in getting us a Eur60 refund! The Family Tonini should be proud of their Staff and the Culture they have created. It was the kind of service you would always expect on a Holiday, but very rarely get. Thank you.

Our only suggestion would be a shuttle bus a few times a day down to the Town.

The hotel, views and staff are amazing! The breakfast was incredible, a lot of choice and very fresh! The location was a simple 12 eur taxi to Garda but the restaurants in the local village were better quality food than Garda itself! The hotel was a 5 minute walk from one of the championship golf courses which was a brilliant course to play. The staff in the hotel were also incredibly welcoming, all round an excellent hotel in a special location!

Wow. Excellent place and location. The staff is great and very freindly and service perfect. We loved the room as well as the whole hotel:-) so beautiful swimming pools. Great service also in the spa with excellent massages to re-energize. The restaurant serve very good food and no problem to ask for variation or something not on menu.

That we had too few nights:-) could have stayed a week. Not fault of hotel:-)

Everything was spectacular. The staff was kind and polite. Food was perfect. Environment was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The room was big, clean, comfortable, renovated. We got a breath taking view. The place was very calm, no loud noises, perfect for relaxing. Over all, perfect hotel. Definitely recommend. Will come back.

The location is amazing mostly the beautiful view. The stuff was exceptiona !!l very friendly and caring. The room was clean,We got an upgrade for our honeymoon. The breakfast was amazing.

Everything is nice and relaxing. The staff is nice, discrete and at ease with different languages. Excellent breakfast. Clean and comfy rooms. Prices are OK.

I think the pool area has space for a couple more canopy beds :)

Beautiful scenery, amazing hotel . Quiet and peaceful. Could enjoy Lake Garda and then return back to the hotel away from all the hustle and bustle

It would have been lovely to have had a curtesy taxis up and down to up and down to Lake Garda More info . about the area eg , bus and boat timetables But for the hotel nothing was fantastic

The views were amazing! It was located well, easy access to the main town and highways. Architecturally, it was not the usual hotel feel but was surrounded by hidden staircases and beautiful gardens. The staff was amazing (cleaning staff, breakfast staff and bartender)

limited spa options but this is easily solved with external spas and salons
