The staff were excellent. In the restaurant Marco, Jan Luca, Christina & Anna Silva were excellent. Great service and always keen to help and engage with us. The front desk staff were also excellent especially Antonnella who helped answer and explain some question. An exceptional clean ( house keeping do a great job) and well organised hotel. We felt very valued as guests.

Only one thing. Guests need to understand that the catch of the day ( which was very good & well presented) is priced per kilo and not as euros on the menu. Otherwise no issue at all.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The entire property and the room was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast service was excellent with many sweet and savory choices. The juice bar was a wonderful thing with fresh fruit and veggies available to juice.

Overall it was a great experience. The only issue was hard to read signage to find the parking structure. Once there it was easy to navigate.

The cocktail bar was a fantastic, unique touch. Staff were so friendly and happy to help when the Aperol dispenser played up, serving our drinks with such enthusiasm! It was a great experience and the breakfast was delicious too!

The room's scent was very strong although not unpleasant. It was all clean but for someone with a strong sense of smell it was a little overpowering and slightly uncomfortable. The wait staff at breakfast were present however we weren't sure if we needed to ask them for a coffee order or self serve ourselves at the front bar area - would've been nice to know that we do actually ask them before I sat down with my cappuccino in paper cup

Clean rooms, sound isolation, comfortable beds, fridge (with free mineral water), kettle, coffee machine 24/7 at the reception, great breakfast (fresh fruit juice was really good start of the day!) and coffee (it is served by the personal, which was unexpected and unusual for us!), there are stops of public transport nearby...

No opportunity to open the windows, the location is not so nice. The pool is near the structural works, so not chance to relax...

Excellent staff (reception very prompt),very good breakfast and variated,good facilities in the room,big and spacious room,excellent bathroom.The hotel looks very good and was never crowded during our stay.

The distance and the connections from the city center woren't so good...the hotel is located a bit to far from the central station,city center. We have always used the taxi( 10-12 euro) to go to the city center.

Very helpful Reception staff; very comfortable room and good pillows. Good service for coffee at breakfast and excellent service at dinner with good menu available and lovely local wine at a very reasonable price. Underground car park was convenient with no barriers to negotiate on exit.

Not too keen on the transparent shower in the bedroom! Toilet paper could be nicer. Shower gel dispenser did not work on 2nd day.

First of all the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good, the pool was great and my child enjoyed swimming in it so much. Their little details such as coffee in the lounge area, the water provided in the rooms and the lounge just made the stay better. Great management. Big hotels should learn from this hotel how to keep their customers happy!

There was absolutely nothing we did not like. However, when booking, people should realise that it is not close to the old city. Around 10 minutes or less by taxi

Very clean, great you had access to fresh water in the day , free coffee. Self service food/ drinks available 24/7 with a tablet to log room number. Lovely comfortable bed, daily room service. Free pool towels. Good breakfast. Lovely seating areas.

No spa or operational. Limited menu.

Quite far from the city center, but ok to.get on the highway. Residential area, nothing very exciting

The shower stall should be changed. It's old, the metal is rusty and the caulking is peeling off. The wallpaper in the bathroom should be changed as it has stains.

Roseanne at front desk is EXCELLENT- so very helpful and professional! Breakfast was beyond what anyone could expect. Great variety and service. Very clean, beautiful hotel. Loved tge many waters in tge fridge and tge great shower. Thank you all for EXCELLENCE.
