We arrived by car from the Bari airport at night. Check-in was easy and we parked the car in their underground parking (12€ per night). Our room was the perfect size for our family of 4 (with two kids aged 7&14). We were happy to have the pull out couch all made up for us upon arrival since we had a long travel day. The room was also very clean. There are about 3-4 restaurants right outside the hotel and of course the restaurant located in the hotel. The next morning, our breakfast was included in the hotel restaurant. It was a buffet with almost anything you can ask for: cheese, baked goods, fruit, coffee, tea, smoked salmon, deli meats, scrambled eggs etc etc. We were really impressed with the breakfast. Very happy to have stayed there and would recommend. We only stayed the one night so I cannot comment too much on the area as we did not have time to explore.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good, with many choices. The staff in the dining room were very nice and friendly, and they remembered our preferences for coffee 😊 We liked the location too. It was close to the highway and allowed us to easily get away from the city towards our visit destinations in Puglia.

The air conditioning didn't work well and didn't cool. The taps in the bathroom were clunky and felt cheap, and the water was not hot enough for us. There were power sockets only on one side of the bed.

The hotel was honestly so amazing! I love the food, the beds were so comfy. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. I would go back for sure! We were there during the heatwave so the swimming pool was a life saver.

I didn’t realise how far from things we were in terms of location so we spent some money on taxis, I would recommend getting a car. but other than location (which is no one’s fault) the hotel was great!

i like that they have a lot of amenities. and they are also available for any request. and since they are a little bit far from the attractions. good thing they also offer free bicycles for you to use..

i just dont like that the aircon doesnt get cold enough.. and about the breakfast we stayed here for 5 days and every morning its the same food we see. maybe change the menu atleast every 2 days.

Room was a decent size, well equipped and very clean. The staff were all very helpful and the bar area & surrounding gardens etc very comfortable and peaceful. The breakfast was spectacular! The airport & city shuttle bus was a real help, especially at night when taxis in the city centre seemed to vanish. A very pleasant stay.

The only disappointment was the lack of an outside pool, to enjoy the lovely sunshine.

There were excellent choices for breakfast, although the waiters seem never to have heard of 'hot water' for what might be termed 'English tea'; the 'hot water' in the samovar was warm, not boiling hot. We had 'afternoon tea' in the bar: tea (with boiling water) along with pastry.

The location of the hotel is poor: for anyone who wants to get to the old city and does not have personal transport, one has to take a taxi there (easy, as there are normally taxis waiting outside the hotel) and take a taxi back (more problematic). The location also means that one has little choice as to where to eat in the evening.

Hotel is amazing! it is ex Sheraton, luxury, great rooms spacious, comfy beds, great breakfast and coffee (continental) hot drink service at the table during breakfast! Super nice staff (reception / cleaning / restaurant) chillout music in the bathroom! Great SPA area (free) Free Airport Shuttle! Is the best hotel in Bari, guaranteed you do not find better / more fancy. We highly recommend this hotel!

Far away from center however taxi costs only 10-12 euro. You can also walk (we did so) Public transport is not reliable. Apart from location which is not ideal everything was perfect.

The room was brilliant!!! Bed was huge, soft and comfortable. Cleaning room and changing towel everyday. Breakfast was good but not exceeded expectations.

10 minutes by car from central and the pool has to be booked and only 1 hour so I didn’t use it. The testament….we had to wait for over 30 minutes and taste was average. Sky lounge view was quite nice but I would recommend only use for beverage.

The room was a great size and the view was awesome! The beds were comfortable and the bed linens were nice. We ate at the restaurant once and it was tasty. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

We could not get hot water and good water pressure at the same time. If you wanted a hot shower, the water trickled out. If you wanted more water pressure, you had to turn the temperature down. We even had maintenance come look at the shower. The response was that is how all the rooms are. I also was not super impressed with the indoor pool/relaxation area. It seemed like it was in need of a facelift, as there was a lot of chipping plaster on the pool.

The room and bathroom were high-end and beautiful. The Wellness Center (hotel spa) was fantastic - one of the best hotel spas and pools I've experienced - and to be included free of charge with the room rate was a great deal. Having underground parking at the hotel was a great convenience. I'd go back just for the Wellness Center access.

The airport shuttle is only 4x a day, which didn't work with our flights and meant having to take a taxi. The hotel's Seasons restaurant was incredibly disappointing. They had a large event going on which might have affected the kitchen, but dinner was so bad that we went to a nearby café the next morning rather than return to the restaurant for the buffet breakfast.
