The best thing about Parco dei Principi hotel is the little caffè (tavola calda) outside on the corner called ' Le Bontà Pugliesi' where they do you a delicious lunch for 9 euros. Also spectacular is the health club, the unusual hot tub, the room quality and the service. No bacon, bubble and squeak or fried tomatoes in the breakfast, but within the bounds of what you might expect in Italy, it's lovely. The rooms have CNN and BBC News and great a/c. Also there is an excellent shuttle service from the airport terminal (departures level only).

The most annoying thing about Parco dei Principi hotel is that they don't tell you about the little tavola calda outside on the corner where they do you a delicious lunch for 9 euros. In fact the hotel reception staff told me that the 'Le Bontà Pugliesi' did not exist and anyway wasn't a good place for lunch. How wrong they were. The hotel is also not very well connected - particularly at night when the route to the metro station ('Europa'- 6 minutes away) is not lit and feels quite dangerous. The last metro train back to the hotel from central Bari is 23:06 which rather restricts your options for dinner in town.

Better than expected. We had a really early flight out of Bari and didn't want to have to deal with the car rental place before our flight so the convenient proximity to the airport and easy free shuttle back and forth allowed me to drop off the car the night before streamlining our shuttle drop off in the morning. It was a very quick stay but the premise was clean, new, well taken care of and quiet. So much better than expected and helped for a smooth departure.

If I was actually wanting to spend a few days getting to know Bari and sight see, this wouldn't be the hotel I would choose. It is definitely an airport hotel and not really close to anything worth seeing. You would require a car to get to anything notable. But if you are at the end of your stay and looking for an easy place to transition, this is it!

The hotel is located very close to Bari airport - walking distance of about 15 minutes but they offer a free shuttle service. The rooms are very clean, offer plenty of space and the beds are comfortable. The food is also good. Reception staff is good and they take good care of your needs.

The way in which the restaurant is set up is not very inviting. There is no music, waiters could be more jovial. It feels a bit hostile as if you need to eat quickly and leave as soon as possible. The rooms feel a little outdated and the dark brown carpets would definitely need changing. Dinner cannot be served outside on the terrace and the tables there are quite dirty.

Honestly, we were not expecting so good stay conditions and comfortable relaxation opportunities from such a big hotel like this. Although the price was quite high, it was worth it. Warm water in swimming pool, really relaxing SPA centre, very good quality food and service in restaurant. In addition, it is located just a few minutes drive from the airport and offers free airport transfer if necessary (cannot say more as we did not use this option). The main reason we booked this hotel was the possibility of early check-in and relatively late check-out times. In between, we managed to visit Bari old town, to enjoy SPA in the afternoon and had a dinner in the evening.

The hotel is situated next to the Bari international airport. The free shuttle is very convenient & available within minutes of a call. We just called the reception and the free private comfortable shuttle picked us up from the airport to the hotel. If you want to walk to the hotel, you can do it in about 20 minutes. The great bonus is the heated indoor pool which has a hydromassage corner also. Very relaxing after a long flight. Breakfast is fine related to the Italian standard. The waiters were very friendly.

The pool opens at 11:00 on Saturdays. I would be glad it to be opened earlier.

This was an exceptional stay. I had a very late night arrival and a day later a 4am departure. The staff arranged a "pickup and delivery" that was seamless on Christmas Eve and day. The dining room manager made a special effort with the meal, the music, and the wine making my holiday unique. His staff did the same. The bed was very comfortable, I was able to walk to the train station and did a quick trip into Bari....marvelous...on the few hours that I had available. I thank all the staff that made my stay exceptional

Absolutely nothing.

We have stayed at this property on numerous occasions and only had good experiences and great experiences. The staff is excellent and attentive Highly recommend the spa and the services. location to the train and airport excellent

The property is starting to look a little worn. Very very clean but rooms are in need of some updating maintenance needs to be more on top of paint touch up carpets are looking a bit worn. Would not be a deterrent for staying at the location.

On arrival we were quickly greeted and staff were efficient and we were in our rooms very quickly. Staff in hotel were very efficient and very welcoming. Cleaning of rooms was excellent and all staff were helpful and polite.

The meals and hot drinks in the restaurant were lukewarm and detracted from having a tasty meal and hot drink. That’s why we ate out at night on other 2 nights rather than eat in the hotel restaurant. No such complaint about breakfast as this was a lot better and most enjoyable. We left our luggage in room and when we went to pick them up 15 minutes before checkout our keycards were blocked and we had to go down to reception to get new keys to get our luggage and checkout.

It's location is perfect.. 👌👌👍 Close to Bari Airport . I called the hotel and in few mins my free shuttle arrived. Neat and clean room. Loved the room. 5 mins walk to Railway Station name Bari Europa, ticket cost 1.10 euros to Bari city centre. Takes about 17mins train ride. In all very good option to stay at this hotel..

Breakfast charged, though I hadn't opted for it. Obviously then I ate breakfast both the days. I Enjoyed it. Good option of fruits, cereals. eggs. etc. In the end it was good that breakfast was included. Similarly room facilities showed bath tub on website. But in actual, I was given room without it. The receptionist was rude and said u shd write it in special request column. Also The common coffee tea machine on 8th floor didn't work. When I brought it to the notice of the receptionists on duty, they had no clue.

We enjoyed our stay and liked the garden especially. They offer free shuttle to and from the aeroport, which is really close to the hotel. We arrived early and could leave baggage there until check-in. Also spent some nice time at the indoor pool. Our room was cleaned every day, towels and bed changed.

The walls of the room are thin and the bathroom door has no frame to provide enough privacy. Acces to the pool is through the Spa area that closes early evening during the weekend. The hotel is located outside the metropolitan area of Bari and we had to travel everywhere by train or taxi.
