it was very clean and we really appreciated the pickup service at the airport at midnight. Staff was very friendly and gave us many tips about the area as well. It has a small kitchen with microvawe and fridge, but you will need your own plates, knives etc.

The only downside is the system-controled AC, which was too strong and cold for us some nights and sometimes the room was quite hot.

The location is great - 5 minute walk to a train station, 15 minute walk to the sea with narrow but nice beaches. The place was very clean and the property manager was extremely nice and helfpul.

A/C only runs about 30 minutes around 6:00 and 6:30 AM and guests are not allowed to operate it. (And at least once we have noticed it turn on also in the evening.) Breakfasts consist of plastic-wrapped pieces of sweet pastry (I would prefer any form of fresh pastry, e.g bread). The shower only had a fixed shower head (and not handheld shower head) and relatively quickly ran out of hot water.

I really appreciate all the help from the host including airport transfer. We had bad luck and our air conditioning broke - immadiate reaction and willingness to help is something what I didnt even expect so I can rate the host for 11/10 ;) House was clean an convinient. Very good location - close to the bus and train, not too far from airport and shops around.

Air conditioning is indeed not changable - it is setup for specific hours.

the host was so strict with his conditions It is fine but he makes us to feel disappointed. The saving energy policy is perfect but not in the way to deprive it’s tenants of conveniences. We was not able to use our air condition in the time we want only host was having the control with temperatures in the room and when it will work. He was playing the air conditioner only for a few hours in the day and that was disappointing.

Kind owner. We loved shared kitchen area. Because our room was very small we spend most on time in shared kitchen - it was good! We stayed only one night before way on airport. Hotel is close to airport.

There was automatic air condition and werent able turn it off till midnight. Room very very cold! We had 3 years old son and we were worry he will get cold and sick. Bathroom is in hall (not in room).

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was very clean and the host was thoughtful and nice. The place is located near a train station, which made it even more easily accessible. It was truly wonderful.

Very friendly welcome! Large and super clear triple room and en suite bathroom + common breakfast room. Fridge well stocked. Breakfast tray with lots of goodies also in room. Private parking was a huge plus. The B&B is a short walk to Palese Beach and a 10 minute (max) drive to the airport. The train station is also 2 minutes from the accommodation (literally) if you are without a car and want to visit. There's also a supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria, etc. round the corner. In short, I highly recommend B&B Principe and will definitely check in again if ever I am back. Thank you for your hospitality!

All necessary equipment was present. A/C was really nice when we arrived back to the warm room. There is a mini fridge in the room. The room was really clean and comfortable. Italo and Mrs. Silvano were really kind and helpful. They answered all our questions and helped us with everything. Shuttle from the airport was really useful since the public transportation doesn't go that way. The prices in this region were a bit expensive for our budget, maybe because of the late modifications we had to make. Overall Italos place is on the cheaper side and in our opinion a great value for it. I would totally recommend it for anyone and would definitely return.

We don't really like "continental" breakfast. But there are good bakeries and local stores to get breakfast and you can enjoy it in the kitchen.

Our host was very friendly and helpful, it’s easy to get to from the airport. It’s an easy walk to the sea front with a great pastry and coffee shop near by.

The air conditioning is central and you cannot turn it on in the night. Be handy to have it on longer in the evening to make it easier to sleep on a hot night.

It was very spacious, clean, and near to the airport.

There was no water in the common area, and the ac was left without the remote so it could not be used.
