The staff was absolutely amazing! we were left in a bit of a lurch because another hotel cancelled on us at the last minute. They were absolutely lovely here - they let us check in early, leave our baggage securely, they were quick to respond to messages, and they were so kind! the breakfast in the morning was quite good! the location is ok - not far from old town and a fairly short walk to the train/metro. the hotel is also very interesting! (note: there is a bookcase door!)

there isn't much to dislike. The door to the room jiggled a bit when other people were walking by and opening/closing doors. we put a napkin in the door to stop the noise. worked perfectly!

The room was very close to the city center and it was a little bonus that on a minute walking distance there was a free parking. You just need a little luck to have a spot there or just wait somebody to leave. Anyway, it was very clean, the staff were very friendly and polite. We had included breakfast and it was delicious. There was everything we needed in the room and even a bottle of water in the fridge which was included. Small thing, but very kind. Definitely my favorite place to stay in Bari.

. The blanket is made of satin, it would be more comfortable if the material was cotton. . Adding lots of hangers would be very helpful. . The sound from the next room is so clear that it is very disturbing. . There was a leak in the shower partition, so the bathroom was flooded with water . There is no luggage storage

Even tho it was a small room, it was good. The beds were comfortable, we had tv with netflix, a kettle and tea, good water pressure. The breakfast was ok, not many options but enough to start the day. Also, very close to bus stationa and Bari Centrale, being easy to travel to other cities.

The key to the front door was not good, we had to call other appartments to ask them to open the door and the noise. The walls were pretty thin, you could hear everything.

We were arriving earlier than check in and the staff were aware and brilliant. Carla was superb making sure of our every need offering us refreshments while room was being prepared. The room was very spacious. Room very clean. Complimentary water in the fridge. The rainfall shower was amazing. Clearly recently done up. A nice balcony offered the opportunity to get some air. Locationwise, the property is situated close to the train station and restaurants if you turn right instead of left outside the front door. Breakfast is nice, continental style. I would definitely return.

Everything was perfect! The staff was very kind, the place very modern and clean, the location close to the central station and 20 minutes walk from the old town. Just a straight line. We are given to leave our luggage before the check in and after the check out. Delicious croissants at breakfast!

everything was perfect, warm, clean, cozy and comfortable. it was cold in the room, but when I wrote about it, after a minute they turned on the radiator and then the room was always warm. the staff was very polite. Thanks to Alesya for her responsiveness, quick answers and solutions to our questions. our weekend was wonderful.

they wanted to put the kettle on, but they couldn’t get it into the socket. We didn't find any more cons

- modern, clean hotel - quiet place (we had a room facing the inner courtyard) - spacious room and bathroom - location close to the main train station which is perfect if you plan to go for trips (but further from the city centre, about 20 mins walk)

- no proper blanket in the bed, just a sheet - all towels washed daily which is nice but also a bit unnecessary for me - breakfast is rather basic, but OK (both sweet and savoury option to chose from)

The room was cleaned every day, the staff was very nice, the location is close to the train station in case you want to visit other cities by train or bus. It was a pleasant stay.

No particular thing. Maybe the mattress bed was a little oblique priented..but i guess not all the rooms have the same bed.

You have to call the reseption to receive the informatopn how to enter the establishment. This information wasn't given to us previously. So we struggled a little at the beginning to find someone to help us.
