It was comfortable and the facilities were similar with those of a 4-stars hotel. The breakfast (colazione) at the local nearby was delicious. The cleaning lady was super nice and helpful with anything we needed in the room ( eg. iron).

The early check-out (9:30 a.m.) and not having the possibility to leave our luggages at the property without extra costs. Also, the extra-costs (7 euros/hour) for checking out later (we asked to check out an hour later). It’s a fair requirement for a late check-out if the amount of time it would have been exaggerated as in over an hour.

the apartaments (with bathtub) are amazing! really good quality bed, it was clean, easy code access, good wifi ( i was on first floor). the staff is really helpful and they even found a solution for me to keep the luggages in the building several hours after check out 🫡

the fact that the bathroom has only glass walls and if you turn the light while the significant other sleeps 😁 will wake them up. other than this really minor inconvenience, the facilities in bathroom are top!

Location was confortable as we were coming and going with a car. We usually find place to park. It is five blocks away from the nicest part of the city. The facilites were really good and modern.

The place for breakfast was really rare, and also how it worked. You can spend 6 euros. Just know that if you are two, the bathroom is not private at all. Glass doors and you could hear everything.

The location is very convenient. It's located just a 10 minute walk from Bari central station and about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Bari old town. The room is wonderful - fully renovated, marble flooring, with a luxurious in room jaccuzi, shower and bathroom. The bed is big and very comfortable and the room was very clean. Staff were super accommodating in holding our luggage before check-in and breakfast was the perfect amount for 2 people (fruit, pastries, cereal and juice) delivered to the room. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was excellent as written, the hot tub and the room and shower and robes

The fact its hard to enter for guests which dont have wifi or internet (every tourist outside of italy). we had to wait in the street until the service guy came to let us in. they have to change their system for check in so it wont rely on internet connection the day of.

We did an easy on line check-in beforehand and we were given the entrances codes. The room was so cool and frangrant. It’s close to the train station, so if you are passing through Bari it’s ideal, but if you want to stay a few nights I would stay in the old town. I would return to this hotel but I would book it without breakfast.

Room design was fabulous.. bathrooms was amazing.. such beautiful room.. I was amazed, so my style of a hotel. Staff was helpful enough.

Breakfast was very little of choice, nothing really to eat. Didn't like that there was no reception, as I wanted to leave my bags after checking out , coz my flight was later in the evening, but couldn't really do that. Mainly all the communication was trough out the msgs.

Room was large, Hot Tub in the room was an excellent way to relax after flying in and walking around the city all day. Shower is excellent. Breakfast was the perfect start to the following day with just enough to get you going, it being delivered to your room is nice.
