Super clean and new room, was very spacious and had everything you need. It seems that the hotel was recently refurbished so everything is in excellent condition. We arrived past midnight and could still do our check-in and they have a storage room for you to keep your things after checkout. It’s very close to the main train station, and it’s a nice walk away from the old center. Definitely recommend!

Nice place to stay near the main station in Bari. The staff is amazing! We had to leave early in the morning on 14.05 and the girl prepare for us breakfast. Also another member of the staff at reception (nice girl with curly hair) explained us how to get to Matera and Poligliano A Mare. Nice ladies were cleaning every day.

The breakfast is poor. Every morning there is cake, cupcakes, croissants, ham, cheese and vegetables, pancakes. Also the thing which I don’t find comfortable is that the breakfast is on a table, but member of the staff is preparing the plates for you.

The room was spacious (even for 3 people) and clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of storage space and a huge bathroom. We had a room that faced the street and the traffic noise wasn't disturbing at all, it has excellent sound insulation. The staff was very helpful with recommendations on what to visit and where to eat. Good breakfast, you had to specify what you wanted and the staff prepared the plate for you. I found this a good approach to avoid food waste. The location is also great, 10-12 minute walk to Bari central train station and around 25 minutes to the old town. It's in a safe location, we didn't have any trouble walking back at night.

A mini fridge in the rooms might be useful.

Room was a little small, but very clean and with simpler yet well maintained furniture. Bathroom was modern and very clean. All staff I interacted with from reception to the kitchen and hygiene teams were super friendly and approachable. When I had some issues with noise from other guests the reception staff were always there to offer solutions such as asking the other guests to be more quiet or even offering to change my room. In general though I thought the average guest of the hotel was very well behaved and the hotel to be family friendly. Located in a nice and quiet little street, just 5 minutes walk to the central train and bus stations.

I stayed in an attic room so naturally there was not a lot of light or a great view. Was also a little disturbed by noise from other guests one evening, but only very briefly and received good support from staff. The rooms could be made a little more sound-proof though, especially concerning noise coming from the corridors and the slamming of doors.

The old exterior of this hotel belies the super sleek modern interior. The rooms we had were lofty and spacious, it seemed to have the option to be a self catering unit with a kitchenette off of the living room. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, bathroom facilities excellent. Breakfast was good, again in a modern sleek dining area. Located about 10 mins from the railway station it's good for transit stop.

Breakfast service was a bit weird, a buffet was set out but guests had to stand behind a barrier and ask staff to fill their plates with various ingredients. Usually people go to and fro helping them selves, I don't think anyone dared to go back!

We got an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room, it was very spacious. The rooms were clean, no bad surprises regarding the rooms. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is within walking distance of the main train station, it takes around 15 minutes to walk there. There are plenty of stores nearby and also some restaurants.

Some members of our group purchased a few beers in the lobby and paid for them on the spot. When we checked out, the staff initially asked members from another room to pay for a beer and when they refused they billed us, it wasn't a nice experience.

RHM is a very nice renovated historical building. Our suite was very modern with all comfort, very clean, and a lot of space. A spacious bathroom with a rain shower, two beds with firm mattresses, air conditioning, a secured parking space at the hotel itself and a delicious breakfast buffet that is served. The hotel is very near the railway station, a 15-20 minutes’ walk to the old center and a 15 minute drive to the airport. It was a very suitable location to spend our last evening in Italy and to fly home the next day. The staff is very friendly and the receptionist will easily guide you in Bari.

Really nice stylish hotel just 10minutes away by walk from Bari central station. Rooms are really simple and nice, beds are comfy and nothing is missing there (probably just a small fridge would be nice). Tasty breakfast and really kind reception staff.

Breakfast style is something so many people would hate here. You can make your own coffee or cereals but if you want some pastry or ham + cheese, you need to wait for breakfast ladies that will take it for you. They even looked like they are not enjoying it very much, especially if you need to decide what you really want. It would be much better just to put there table with this: Take as much food as you are able to eat and respect the nature or something like that. That was the only weak point of this hotel in my opinion.

Nice modern hotel near the central train station and walking distance from the central part of the city. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the staff was very helpful with all the questions we had. Breakfast was also very nice, great coffee, with different options. It was very quiet so we could rest properly.

It would be nice to add something warm like eggs or similar as a breakfast option, but even without that, it was good. I never like having one big duvet for a double bed, prefer that each of us has their own, but I guess this is a standard for most of the hotels right now.

24/7 reception, Not bad breakfast , tasty coffee, Good wifi, 15-20 min walk from Bari Centrale (train and bus main station) 30-35 min walk from old city. Room is excellent disigned !! Room has A/C, TV, electronic safe-box, small kitchen, work table, nice bathroom, good size of room (big enough)

Most of rooms have balconies, or window to the street or to the inner garden. But my room for 1 has window to the technic space between building's walls. For me it was not a problem,, even more privacy.
