Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant was very good. Breakfast was great.

Sound insulation in the room was poor, despite advertising the room as soundproof. You could hear people in the next room talk and laugh or go to the bathroom. The spa is not clean. The jacuzzi does not have a drain and is not drained after each customer. We went there and the water cloudy with some things floating aeound. We had to call the reception to ask for it to be cleaned, but the process of draining and refilling takes a good hour, as the jacuzzi doesn't have a drain.

Rooms are clean, breakfast is great, staff is friendly, nice facilities.

The hours of the fitness center really frustrate me. I choose a hotel that has a gym so I can workout before meetings. THe hours of the fitness center are 7 am to 2200. SInce I have to leave early, I can't get into the gym in the morning so I am left with going to the gym in the evening after meeetings and work, but I find it is usually a choice between dinner or the fitness center. Nobody is in the fitness center. It isn't monitored. Why can't it be open earlier? I actually switched hotels in Bari because of this. Also, the restaurant does not have dinner on Sunday evening.

Very nice and helpful staff (we have visited before and it is great to see the same people again - tells us that they are being treated well), super breakfast (with very service minded staff and fresh omelets, eggs and pancakes of your choice) and all in all good facilities (bed, bathroom, amenties, pool, furniture, front desk and drink dispenser in the café/lounge area) for an enjoyable stay.

Minibar (fridge/cooler) could need an upgrade - it takes a bit to long (2 days) to cool your own desired drinks, but the bartender is kind to serve you icecubes to bring to your room (only a problem if the bar is closed…)

Very large and comfortable room and it was well appointed. The pool area was wonderful and the grounds were spacious and well manicured. Properly was very clean. Staff were very good. The best breakfast I have seen in my 12 years in Italy. More like an American style brunch. The location wasn’t bad I felt very safe in the surroundings area. Bari center and old town are a €10 taxi ride. We walked from old town to the hotel in about 20 minutes. Bari seems safe to me we walked all over the place lot of bars and fair priced restaurants.

I have to dig deep to find some I didn’t like. The bathroom was a little tight, but well appointed and clean. Parking is available at €10 per day. We didn’t have breakfast included in our deal our fault, great breakfast but it was €18 per person. A lot for a coffee and pastry, but it was easy to get your money’s worth. I had them make me egg sandwichs for lunch. Get the breakfast included in your room price. It was a great stay, hotel is a real 4star property.

The villa is gorgeous and is surrounded by lush gardens and a nice pool, which makes it a beautiful green oasis almost in the center of Bari. The staff was always very kind and eager to help and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the main train station, which has great connections to all the cities in the region and it is another 10-15 min from there to Bari's historical district.

The shower was pretty small and there were some moldy spots in the corners and ceiling, which was not a pleasant sight in an otherwise clean room.

Swimming pool are is very nice place to relax.

Breakfast was big disappointment in general. Breakfast room is very small for all the guests, almost all the time empty (no cups, plates and also not much of food). No vegetable, no hot chocolate in the machine (any information was missing). Only one lady doing the hot meals in one pan was not able to make it for all the guest (usually waiting for omelet for 15 minutes!) Hotel should improve the breakfast service! Staff by the pool (man) was always late so we must wait for the towels.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is on beautiful grounds, with a huge swimming pool, gym and spa facilities. Our room was on the highest floor, with a huge balcony, and views across Bari (but mainly overlooking the nearby central station. Great breakfast every morning. The staff were extremely friendly. Especially the breakfast chef. She was a complete star!

The facilities (gym and sauna), do feel slightly Dated. As do the bedrooms. The hotel's location is a bit far away from most attractions / restaurants / places to go. It is a bit far off (although close to the central station). 15 - 20 minute walk Into town.

We stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe Room. The room was very big and the view from it was very nice: overlooking the swimming pool. We had a little balcony with a table, which was nice too. Staff was friendly. The room and bathroom were perfectly cleaned everyday, with new toiletries and fresh towels every day. Breakfast was well organised, with plenty of choice. Weather was still warm so we chose to have breakfast outside.

Only small piece of feedback: the hotel should think about cleaning up the ventilation filters in the rooms on a regular basis. We noticed that the one in our room was full of dust. Also, for those who like complete blackout to sleep, the curtains could have been a bit wider so that the light wouldn’t come in on each side in the morning.

It is a nice, comfy hotel with a great pool and a very large pleasant garden. The restaurant and bar are also lovely.

The location isn’t very central - you should rather drive, or take a taxi. It’s close to the train station, but if you arrive late and happen to be alone the walk does not feel safe at all. My bathroom had some black mould in between the tiles and the shower flooded the floor, which I found really annoying and below the standard of the rest of the property.

There's nothing in particular in the room that i should give more credits than other stuff. Everything was good given the price. I enjoyed mostly the gym and the spa services. The gym had it all, equipment for every muscle group. The breakfast was ok, although they do not have many choices for vegans. The pool was also great and generally the scenery and the facilities.

This might sound weird, but the were exaggerating at the room cleaning. They changed the towels every day, which was not necessary since my room had amenities for two and i was alone. I know that i am nitpicking but my modus vivendi is on the path of less waste etc. Anyway, there wasn't anything i didn't like. At least not enough to be mentioned.
