The overall experience is positive. The location is really good and you have access to public transport, the breakfast was rich and delicious and the staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is also accessible for people with moving difficulties.

During check out we were informed that we have to pay some kind of local tax, which is calculated per night per person. This means the amount of money is predefined and we could have been at least notified at our arrival, in order to manage our finances. In addition, the room wasn't 100% clean, the bedsheets and the towels have been washed, however there were stains (for example in the towel there was make up stain). Also the toilet could have been cleaner, as there were some stains too.

Room: Very comfortable, large bed; large opening windows allowing easy control of cold or humidity. Toilet flush broke on first day but repaired promptly. Bathroom clean and roomy; fresh towels and soap every day. Breakfast: Plenty of choice, much of it healthy - fruit, yoghurt, cereals etc. Helpful, polite staff even at very busy times. Location: Pleasant walk into Bologna centre; excellent system of calling a taxi - we never waited more than five minutes.

Possibly a bigger range of hot food at breakfast. Also, tea/coffee facilities in rooms would be a bonus. Noisy traffic from around 6am, even with windows shut - but not a major problem.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was nice to have a 24 hours reception and the staff was always very friendly. Everything was also very clean and there was a cleaning service every day. The breakfast was also a plus, given the low prices of the rooms.

One of the few issues was the noise. Even though the outside noises were very well isolated and kept outisde, despite the hotel being on a busy street, the noise cancelation between the rooms could be improved. Also, the breakfast area is a bit small and as a result, if the hotel is too busy, you may have to wait a bit for an empty table.

The breafast was excellent, the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. I really enjoyed the sofia loren picture in the room, my girlfriend...not so much :) It was a pleasant stay and the staff was outstanding. They arranged parking when we didnt reserve any and provided us with a place. They even gave us a tip on how to get it cheaper on sunday! If i return to Bologna, i would consider staying here again.

The room was quite small, but it is to be expected for the cheapest room. I missed a better place to put our stuff but it wasnt a deal breaker for a short stay and we were comfortable just living out of our bags.

The location is not just in the center but it was really close to it and you can easily walk- no need to take a bus. Besides, just in front of the hotel there is a bus station which is really useful to go to central station. Breakfast was nice and enough. Especially variety of coffee was great. Cake, croissant, cheese, bread (4-5 different options) cereals, cheese etc etc. Staff was friendly and helpfull. The bathroom and bed sheet were super clean.

I wish they had olive and tomatoe in breakfast as well because you are in Italy :) The ceiling light is too much even disturbing and you have to turn on 3 lamps at the same time no more possibility. There is a reading light which we used but only one so not enough to light everywhere. The room was a bit dusty. There should be an beverage automat in the lobby.

The location is very good, near by the center, the staff was very friendly and kind 24/7, the breakfasts were also very good and the coffee they make you every morning was wonderful.

The walls of the rooms are very thin and you can hear the people from other rooms, especially if there is a crying baby or loud TV with turned volume up. And also the air-conditioning wasn't working on cooling the room, so we decided not to use it, but was a bit hot.

Safe environment Electric bike hire is a fantastic way to visit outer areas of city. It’s everywhere. Trains to Modena, Parma and throughout the region cheap easy and frequent. Great place to base oneself for exploring

Perfectly located hotel for the hospital and Bologna center. Clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast is included but the parking is not but there is a lot of parking in the vicinity. It isn't free put it's not expensive and easy to use. I would definitely stay here again.

I don't know whether our room was particular but the bathroom although a good size and clean was actually part of the room. There was a sliding door between the bathroom and the room so it could be embarrassing for people who don't know each other very well.

Comfortable bed, good ventilation and strong air conditioning - a good place for allergic and asthmatic people. Very clean room and nice smell. Wide breakfast bouffet offer with high food quality. The best thing was good, proffessional and kind Staff, that made up for all inconvenience. Sufficient amount of power outlets. A pleasurable, but not overbearing atmosphere in the room design and a bed which allowed for a good rest after touristic walks.

Toilet doors were brittle, placed weirdly and felt very shabby in use, slow elevator. Not a lot of space to place things on a bedsite table.

The Hotel was beautiful and well decorated. The staff was very friendly and knew how to speak English well. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a lot of options and all of them delicious.

The room was a bit smaller in size than I expected but it was really clean and it had all the things you can want in a room. The bathroom was a sliding door that didn't offer much noise isolation but it was very clean and it had all the equipment you need.
