The hotel is located on the edge of the old town. If you book parking, you can park in the hotel yard if there is space (about 5 parking spaces) or by the road, where the hotel has one parking space. It is about 1.5 km to walk to the center of the old town, where there are many attractions as well as shops and restaurants. The hotel rooms are large enough and furnished with beautiful furniture. Very good place to stay, I will definitely go back there when I get to Bologna.

The breakfast was very poor. There wasn't much to eat other than croissants and fruit. When there are no customers in the rooms, the rooms could still be heated, because when I went to my room, there was a strange smell, but after ventilating and turning on the air heat pump, the smell disappeared.

Our room was clean at all times, the fridge wasn't working but was replaced with a new one. The location of this hotel was perfect, close to the square and bars and shops. If anyone is staying here please book a meal at Da Silvio which is literally behind the hotel - 3 min walk you will NOT regret this.

The breakfast was limited, I think a larger selection would of been better. I saw on the last day that you could request meats and eggs, this sign is not very visible - so this needs to be made more aware.

Hotel Pedrini is nicely located very close to the centre of Bologna and getting there is the nicest walk in the world! The hotel is surrounded by cafes, shops, supermarkets and adorable boutiques. Situated under one of the thousands of Bologna's arcades, students are constantly walking by, having a chat a coffee or a drink. You find yourself instantly in the midst of Bologna's wonderful life. The hotel is traditional, old and quaint. We had a small but well furnished room with a balcony that overlooked a lovely courtyard, and houses with tiled roofs. The shower was great and I was happy to find a kettle.

Although the decorative appliances for the light were beautiful the room did not have enough electric light and the bathroom hardly any. The WiFi was also very weak. Transactions that we made to make reservations did not go through.

A family hotel with service from the heart. Lots of goodwill and practical action to help with any question or request. The location of the hotel allows you to reach by foot a huge amount of activities and excellent options. Our room contained everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean with an excellent air conditioner. We had a magical balcony and the roof of the hotel served us as a great place for a picnic with a great sunset and view. Warmly recommended.

The room and bathroom were very spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and not at all noisy. The room looked down onto a pretty courtyard and was so quiet. The location was excellent, only a 10 minute walk to the centre.

The fridge didn't work but we knew this when we checked in. The receptionist told us that she had a nice room with a balcony available but the fridge didn't work and we were happy to accept this.

BRILLIANT LOCATION, 10 MIN STRAIGHT WALK TO CENTRE UNDER COVERED WALKWAYS AND LOTS TO SEE ON ROUTE. Little bar, very hip, opposite with amazingly friendly staff. B fast very good-again lovely staff. Room was very good value-spacious with lovely fresco on ceiling, Spotless, but dated bathroom-which I loved-like being thrust back to the 70s! Good powerful shower. Original check was brill with older gent who spoke no English-fun challenge :D Hotel was warm and welcoming. great value- would deffo go back!

The view of our first floor terrace was lovely and we could open the door for fresh air. the bed was really big and comfortable. the bed linen was lovely. I liked the L’Occitane products in the bathroom which had lots of towels and a bidet. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. I liked the breakfast and coffee a lot.

The bathroom was really clean but the bedroom had a very dusty floor.

Honestly, I didn't expect much of this hotel after looking at the photos on booking. But seems like we were upgraded, our room had a very big balcony and a lovely view of the quiet courtyard. The bed is comfy, found extra pillows and a blanket in the wardrobe. Location is also a plus of the hotel, it's near the city centre but not too loud at night. We stored the luggage after check out, there were no problems with that. Also, the check-in was fast and easy even despite the fact that the receptionist didn't speak much English.

Well, if you read other reviews, there are really not many toiletries, just one shower cap for two people, but on the other hand, there are good stationary shower gel and shampoo, both L'Occitane. The breakfast looked not really exciting, not many options, very basic. We had a good coffee and pastry in a lovely cafe next door for 8 euros for two people.

Really nice staff! All 3 men at the reception and the 2 ladies in the restaurant - lovely people. We were lucky with the room: top floor and windows looking into two directions, so when opening both windows we could create a nice breeze. This way we didn't need air conditioning! Bathroom was huge, shower was big. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is nice.

One-or-two more power outlets (230V) would be nice. And one more pillow. Air-con of neighbor was on during all nights, facing our balcony - we were unlucky, this is not the fault of the hotel.

It would be more comfortable to have a table in the room and kettle for hot water , but the receptionist is very nice to bring hot water to the room to me
