Very interesting design of the building and interiors. Convenient parking (in the evening was quite full, but I guess still with several free spots). Check-in possible already from 12:30, which was a huge advantage for us. Room was very convenient. Good direct connection to the Brescia city center (bus stop is 50m far from the hotel). Nice local restaurants nearby (there is also one directly in the hotel, but it was closed during our stay due to summer holidays).

We never managed how does the A/C works, you have a controller on the wall, but it does literally nothing. Breakfast was genuinely poor…

Very friendly stuff. The hotel occupies a couple of small, very aesthetic two-storey houses. Breakfast is average (no meat or fish), but juice was excellent.

The hotel is located in a Dorf so you'll need a car to travel (the public transit is very limited). No kettle in the room. There were problems with sockets (I traveled from Germany and all my chargers were designed for regular sockets), but they brought me an extension cord with adapters.

Nice, comfortable, inexpensive place. Lovely interior design of the restaurant. The room on the 1,5 floor (renovated area) all newly refurbished room, most comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. Had all I needed to rest comfortably overnight. Big plus there is a front yard you can park your can without extra charge 👍 Good breakfast included in hotel price. All of it overcome my expectations. Good value for money. Recommended!

The hotel is write next to the busy road. Passing motorinos are very noisy especially in the morning if you don't need to wake up early

Great atmosphere in the eating area, with nice items showing history and culture. The parking was easy to use at the back, but a little tricky and tight in the main entrance. Our room was functional, although a little cramped for two people with luggage.

The room was a bit small, and there was no place for us to place our bags and unpack them. The lady in reception, although very helpful, could not speak any English.

We spent 3 wonderful days in Brescia and surrounding lakes Iseo and Garda. The hotel is located just a few minutes of the highway and 10 minutes drive south from Brescia. The hotel exterior is a lovely traditional Italian building, while the room was completely modern - which we really liked. The room was newly renovated and I especially enjoyed the modern and very functional bathroom.

Atmosphere and the staff. The room was spacious and they accept pets. The food was also very good and not expensive. Top budget hotel.

Overall value for money is good. Room is warm and well insulated; water is running good and stable hot; parking is spacious; staff very friendly and helpful.

Not as much as a critique, but an advice for improvement - there were no slippers provided, however they could improve the experience.

Nice stay with reasonable 'Italian' breakfast and very friendly staff. Stylish rooms and high standard facilities. Comfy beds.

Suburb of Brescia and hardly mentionable public-transport into the city. Most nearby restaurants where closed due to holiday season.

the location isn’t in the centre but we arrived by car and wanted to be able to park easily. It is a nice place and the rooms were comfy.

If the hotel was full then the parking would be limited. The place could do with a lift for when you have a lot of luggage.

Was expecting the worst from some previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Conveniently located for an overnight stop and obviously used for business travel the hotel offered a wonderful evening meal and breakfast. 31 days on the road and this was probably one of the quietest locations.

Corridors had a slightly smokey smell to them but bedroom was fine
