The hotel was very nicely kept and the rooms were cleaned everyday. Very good service. Breakfast was good too. We were also able to check out late which was very convenient for us. Overall very happy with the experience at Novotel.

The room I stayed in was clean and of an appropriate size for my needs. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The check-in and check-out procedures were swift and straightforward, which I especially appreciated. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast. There was a wide variety of options available, and we were particularly delighted to have access to real coffee, which is not always the case in some hotels.

Firstly, I wasn't particularly pleased with the initial odor in the room. However, after opening the window, the situation improved significantly. One notable downside was the visible damage to the furniture in the room. This was somewhat disappointing, as it gave the impression of a lack of maintenance. There were no slippers in the room, which I missed greatly.

Lots to like, but the staff were the highlight, every one extremely friendly and pleasant, across every department and position, and also extremely attentive towards children, really made the kids feel welcome and comfortable. The staff really make it a great place for a family to base themselves while visiting the surrounding areas.

There was nothing to actually complain about, but the breakfast was good, but not exceptional. However, it still provided a good start to the day.

My daughter got a nice welcome gift, a disney activity book to play with. Very nice gesture and a nice extra for the kids. The room was nice and spacious, Nice and a lot of pillows. Free coffee in the room. A minibar, you need to pay or the drinks but free to use ofcourse. Opposite of the road is a big supermarket. The free parking is nice and secure. The center is by car quickly reachable, a fewminutes. Shopping centers are close. The breakfast had a nice variety of choice, aswell a gluten free part.

I personally didnt like the coffee a all. But that is a matter of taste. Some of the guests made annoying "reservations" with their towels on the sunbeds next to the pool. Again, not the hotels fault.

Near the train station, there are 2 markets nect to the hotel (comad and italmark) and a small market 24h just 50metres away. Very close to the city centre. An excellent choice if you want to visit gardaland, Sirmione, Verona and Milan.

Everything was very nice but I would like to point out the hospitality and warmth of the young lady from the reception. Well done! :)

There is nothing I disliked, but I would like to make a suggestion: - in the evening, the restaurant should set a mood for dinner with less light and good music…goes better with the wine🙂

Warm clean room, hot water, good breakfast, free parking near the hotel, good linen on the beds

We requested in advance 2 separate blankets on the double bed, on the day of arrival hotel wrote to us that it is impossible, after discussion they agreed to do it. It is strange that in the beginning they didn't want to do such an easy request. But finally they made everything good.

The hotel in good place, very modern, lobby well desigbed, restaurant on ground floor justvafter entrance well suited. The staffs welcoming well.

Room a little small and the smell of perfume (good smell) in the room was strong, bathroom clean, without slippers. Breakfast good not 100% complete, but above 70%.

Good breakfast and good customer service. Staff friendly especially the catering staff. Friendly and helpful.

Room 314 Broken fridge. Broken shower, dirty toilet with filthy stains on door. Bedsheets not clean and changed. Room 303 fridge not working and stain in the bathroom and bathroom door. Room 311, was too hot In hotel rooms, the pillows should have a protector because they are used by so many different people.

lovely modern hotel with all the usual facilities. very comfortable bed with good set of pillows. great nights sleep. very little noise from outside road. bathroom well equipped with shower and hairdryer plus free toiletries. pool area outside a little smaller than the picture however well managed with a gate entry. few sun loungers and then separate seating area away from pool. walking distance to city centre is about 15-20 minutes.

all good. didn’t get to try breakfast as very busy at 0900am however at 12euros seemed good value.
