We had an amazing time at Stay Hotel. The hotel was renovated recently and it looks great. There is free parking for guests. Breakfast is plentiful with all sort of options. There is a coffee machine that is available 24/7 as well as a fridge with drinks and a selection of chocolates and snacks, which works with an Honesty System where you must write down whatever you take. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, with a very comfortable king size bed and a huge TV screen. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. In terms of location, it is located about 30 minutes from Malpensa airport and 10 minutes from Varese. There is not much to do on foot, but lots of options nearby if you have a car, like the Sacro Monte di Varese, Lake Como, Lake Maggiore, Milan. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and we would like to congratulate the owners for doing such an amazing job.

Clean rooms, AC, fridge, kettle with coffee and tea selection, slippers, some extra ammenities like a shower cap (some ammenities are usually not available on a 3 star hotels). Nice clean shower with a rain shower head. Looked exactly as in the booking photos. Good breakfast. Easy checkin/checkout process, helpful staff. TV does not have some apps like YT, but YT is accessible via internet app on the TV.

The hotel is brand new, nicley renovated. The rooms are modern and simple, they have everything you need. You can buy additional breakfast for only 8 Euros at the Hotel! The breakfast isn’t huge but has different options (Yogurt, Cheese, Cake, Cornflakes, Ham, Bread etc.). You can tell that the staff is very motivated, they were super friendly! The City of Varese isn’t far away by car. We would definitely come again.

- The location without a car is really remote and there is nothing to do around the hotel. - The bed sheets, it would be nice to have real bedsheet instead of just laying the comforter inbetween to linen sheets (but that’s typical for italy)

It looks amazing, the room was spectacular and comfortable, the staff incredibly nice and helpful and there was even a microwave in the common area. If the hotel had a pool and an electric charging station for cars we might’ve just stayed in our room instead of exploring Italy ;-)

Breakfast could be better, especially when it comes to bread etc. But it had a good variety so it wasn’t bad, just could have been a bit better.

Ugly, old bathroom, needs renewal. Shower has only a fixed showerhead and you cant move it. Spider web in the bathroom Weird window curtains, you can only raise them to 1/3 of the windows height. The wifi is pretty good but it loses a loot of speed in the rooms far away.

Stay Hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! The concept is unique and modern, the breakfast and especially the coffee is delicious, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Good WiFi and free parking. If you’re looking for a place to stay close to Malpensa and Varese, this should be your choice.

The walls were a little thin. Location is not ideal for those without a car.

I needed an affordable place to stop for the night not too far from Malpensa airport, and this hotel turned out to be a great option. Although the surrounding area looks a bit dodgy (city outskirts by the side of the highway), the hotel itself is great. The staff was very welcoming, the rooms were clean and well-designed, and the breakfast was amazing. Also quite cheap.

Nothing to see around the hotel, but it wasn't an issue for me, as I was there for just one night.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Afterwards we moved on to a 4* hotel and I have to say that the service in the Stay Hotel actually exceeded the 4* hotel in my opinion. We used this hotel as a base for exploring Milan, the lakes and also Switzerland. We stayed in a Standard (not basic) room which I believe were recently updated. We loved the style of the room- industrial and quirky. It was larger than expected. The bed was massive and so comfy. The shower was huge too; complete with rainfall shower head. Shampoo/shower gel / shower cap all included. Towels were changed daily. There was a mini fridge in the room with complimentary water. The curtains were black out curtains. There was working air con in the room. The food and social area looked great too. There was a honesty bar there for snacks, drinks (including wine and coffee machine) and sandwiches which is really handy. Breakfast had a good selection- cereals, breads, muffins, pastries, cakes, cheese, meats, fruit and a coffee machine. It was better than expected. The pastries not finished at breakfast were left out at the honesty bar for free. The music played at breakfast was great! There was underground and outside parking. We never had any issues getting a space. The reception desk is manned 24hrs if there are any issues (we didn't have any). All staff were lovely. The hotel was 15mins from Varese where we got a lovely dinner on the first night.

There was nothing I could fault with the hotel. We had a hire car so the hotel was convenient for us. If you do not have a car it may be difficult.

The rooms were very clean and comfy. It's one of the rare occasions that I see three towels given per guest, plus slippers! There is a huge TV available, plus a fridge and a safe. Breakfast was also super nice! The design of the whole hotel was amazing. There is free indoors parking available.

For me the mattress was a bit too stiff, but my husband liked it, so I can't really complain. because it's a personal preference.

Excellent hotel and great value/quality for the money paid. Check-in/check-out was very smooth, the hotel looks new and very clean, the staff is very friendly and it is one of the very rare hotels that has a fantastic mattress and you can sleep without back pain. The Internet connection is great, and there's also a great "co-working" space where you can do some work if needed, just like in my case.

It could have been a good idea to have a balcony for smokers, so we do not have to get out of the hotel for a smoke.
