Very well-maintained cozy B&B in the historical center! Quiet area. The room has its own bathroom with a hairdryer and plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable, there was a TV with Netflix. I liked a lot that there was not only AC but also demfumidifier. It takes around 30 minutes to get to the Poetto beach by public transport. The owner Tiziana makes this place feel like home! I truly enjoyed my stay and I would highly recommend this property!

This tranquil historic building is right next to the very best bits of the city, all are within a very short walk. The owners are delightful and most helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The price was very reasonable for the high quality of the accommodation. I would not hesitate to stay there again or to recommend it to others. This property will always be my first choice in the future.

At the price nothing could have been better.

I stayed very well in this location. I had a room with a small private bathroom including a shower in a ground-level flat with perhaps one or two additional rooms available for guests. The flat is located in a very quiet area in the center of Cagliari, I did not hear or see cars on the street, I guess it is a pedestrian-only area. I did not hear anything from other guests, which - if existing - escaped also my sight. The room is equipped with a desk, usable both for studying and for eating. In the room I found a kettle for boiling water, coffee, ACE juice, a large amount of breakfast food (mainly sweet bisquits). I found also fresh apples, which I appreciated particularly. I had access to a kitchen for cooking, containing also an espresso coffee machine with free capsules to use. The tenant Tiziana has been very efficient and very kind in providing information and answering all questions.

I would have liked a larger garbage can in the room, which is equipped with a quite small one.

My host and the owner of the property-Tiziana was amazing! She was extremely accommodating. Not only did she allow me to check in a bit earlier, but she also provided me with a generous breakfast during my 5-day stay. Upon my arrival, she met with me at the property and also shared with me her extensive knowledge of the local attractions along with some great tips for local food, restaurant recommendations and transportation. All I can say is that I'll definitely book her place again when I return to Sardegna! Grazie Tiziana!

the local transportation on the island is pretty bad- it needs a lot of improvement, but that's no fault of my host- whatsoever.

Tiziana, the owner, is is really friendly and helpful. Sure speaks great English. The old building has charme, good value for money. Very nice location, close to main sites, Uni and restaurants.

Breakfast was OK, some yogurts and bananas in addition to pastries. Machine coffee. The location was super - old town. The age of the house was respectable - 1700 years. No street noise heard through the thick stone walls.

The sound of the air conditioner could be heard, but it did not disturb the sleep.

The BNB is really nice. The bed is comfortable and the host is incredibly helpful. She gave recommendations for restaurants and places to go, even providing a map of the city. The location is really perfect tucked away but nearby to all the main attractions. An assortment of breakfast options were provided in the room (due to COVID it had to be in the room) and were replenished throughout the stay which was nice. Tv had Netflix and Amazon prime and more options loaded for you to use which was fantastic. Overall it was a great price for the room and perfect for a short trip.

It wasn't a problem for me but the bathroom is quite small so it might be a tight fit for some. It was unfortunate breakfast had to be in the room, but that couldn't be helped due to the current restrictions. The room didn't have a lot of natural light due to the window being inward facing a small courtyard space between the building.

The place is very conveniently located – only a 5-minute walk from Bastione or Piazza Garibaldi and within 20-minute walking distance to e.g. Botanical Garden. Getting from the airport to the place is also very easy (train to Cagliari + bus M) and it does not take much time. My room was cosy and had everything I needed – basic cutlery and crockery, mini fridge, hairdryer, wardrobe with hangers and wifi connection. The neighborhood is just beautiful: there are numerous narrow colorful streets with a lot of plants, or even little “gardens” outside the houses (via Piccioni, San Domenico). I walked around the city on foot and I could reach all the places of interest (e.g. Castello district, harbour) within just 15-20 minutes. Tiziana is a truly wonderful host. She checks rooms every day to see if you have everything you need. Also, she recommended a great number of places to see in the city, as well as gave some tips on where to eat something good and local (I went to Trattoria da Serafino – the place was really nice and the food was delicious). Getting to the beach from the B&B is also easy – you take just one bus from Piazza Matteotti and within 20-25 minutes you get to Spiaggia del Poetto. If I ever go back to Cagliari, I will definitely come back to this B&B. I truly recommend it :) I just hope it will be possible to have breakfasts together in the kitchen area (due to Covid restrictions all the guests had to have their meal in their own room).

A lovely B&B centrally located in Cagliari, with a lovely host, Tiziana, who goes out of her way to make sure visitors are comfortable... Tiziana waited until midnight to check me in and even provided use of my keys until after I should have checked out because my flight was late in the evening. She is very responsive to any queries and keeps the B&B spotlessly clean, also replenishing the room with an breakfast every day. The rooms are comfortable with TV, fridge and good bathroom facilities. Couldn't ask for more!
