Location is ideal; right in the centre of the Yenne Piazza, an area filled with bars, restaurants, sores and boutiques. Could not have been better located; easy to walk everywhere from where we were.

Pillows were a little too thick for my taste, and unfortunately, the A/C broke down the last day of our stay. This is not the host's fault and I'm sure he is getting it fixed. But other than that, the room/amenities were fantastic and the location was absolutely perfect.

The position in Piazza Yenne is very central and convenient. I had the double standard room which was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Mauro, was very kind and helpful. He answered immediately to my enquiries and let us take the luggage in before check in time. Would book the same room again.

The bathroom extractor fan was noisy.

Easily walkable area near universty. The room was very nicely decorated. Directly above Piazza Yenna with lots of activity. Great Aperol Spritz at Cruda downstairs. Would stay again.

At night the Piazza is very noisy but with the windows closed the soundproofing was good. No trouble sleeping. The area with the safe was dark as were the 20 stairs up to BnB. Moved a lamp to be able to read the safe numbers.

Location fantastic. In the hub of Cagliari, which made eating out and exploring extremely easy. Stylish room with mini fridge, pretty much sound proof (especially since it was next to lively piazza), awesome bathroom. Breakfast was nothing special, simple, but nice to have a good coffee and basic pastry in the morning.

Towels and sheets weren’t replaced and pillows weren’t good (we were there for 5 nights). Breakfast definitely could have been better and some more personal advice on what to do and see would be appreciated.

Fabulous central location, comfortable & clean with convenient cheap parking close by.

Shared kitchen was unexpected (but maybe I didn’t read the info correctly) great if you are a group of 3 couples sharing a common space. Locks on each bedroom door & thankfully our neighbours were quiet so we were not disturbed.

We could spend our three nights in Luxury Loft of the same owner, a bit further away. Great place in also a great location, perfect for a visit to the old town. Mauro helped us to get a great parking space and a very good local restaurant. This is really the place to stay of you want to experience Cagliari!

Location was excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable. We were welcomed with a lovely smile from the very helpful Mauro. It was good to have the use of the kitchen for coffee or tea.

Cleaning was good but Kitchen area did require a renewed dishcloth and tea towel. Continental breakfast was not worth the effort. A bowl of fresh fruit with the complimentary biscuits would have been better.

Great Location, in the heart of Cagliari. Price is very good considering location. The facilities were very good. Comfortable bed. No complaints from me The Host was also super attentive and available to help at all times. Absolutely brilliant

I have zero complaints!

Right in the centre of Cagliari, walking distance to all sightseeings. Very nice room, comfortable large bed, nice bathroom, clean. Very nice kitchen, which can be used by all guests. Recommendation: good for one or two nights. Vouchers for breakfast in a coffee bar right around the corner, friendly and quick, good italian coffee and Croissants. The little piece of "Pizza" is not a pizza and better not chosen. But this is just an individual remark.

Almost no daylight in the room (this is not a point, if you leave in the morning and get back in the evening. In the bathroom only overhead-shower, no handshower. Take care not getting wet on your head, if you don't realize this earlier.

The location was amazing and the staff so helpful and friendly. Shout out to Mauro who went above and beyond to give us recommendations and help us during our stay!

Not really an issue but there was one flight of stairs to get to the property.
