The property is in an excellent location.. Close to the marina.. We came by ferry and it was only a 10 minute walk. Close to restaurants, cafes, bars and so much more.. One of the best properties we’ve stayed in Italy over the last 4 weeks.. Very clean and new.. Manuel was fantastic as a host.. He tried to help us find a car rental and provided alot of good information of where to go and what to do ..He is a perfectionist and is so proud of his rental rooms.. Unfortunately we had to leave early the following morning and couldn’t go for breakfast but I’m sure it would’ve been good.. Definitely come back .. Thank you so much..

The room was immaculate, roomy and very comfortable. Manuel greeted us and was gracious and super helpful. Despite being on a quite busy road it was very quiet and easy to sleep at night. Very comfy bed, lovely quality linens and a fantastic shower. The breakfast, not in the building but offered from a nearby cafe was delicious and the ambience was great. Super location, 5 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes walk from the main street with restaurants, cafes and shops and Savory Restaurant highly recommended and only 30 seconds away!

The toiletries supplied were in unmarked bottles so we were not sure which were for the body or the hair, but all smelled great!

The location is unbeatable, in the center, at immediate proximity of the central station and restaurants. The interior is very sophisticated and in very good condition. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast is small, but typical Italian and tasty.

Cleaning is not included but we stayed 5 nights and some basic cleaning would have been appreciated (e.g. emptying the trash, vacuuming, quick cleaning of the bathroom). The towels were changed after 3 days.

Excellent location, bus and train station around the corner! Great supermarket also a few minutes away. Property is on the doorstep of many restaurants and bars. Host is knowledgeable and gives plenty of advice if required on travel destinations and things to do! I am not quite OCD but close and I can say the property is spotless clean with all the amenities and it is newly renovated. The sound proof is incredible and the bed size is rare to find in Sardinia! You won’t need to fight for space for sure. Aircon- perfect! We did a lot of research where to stay when visiting Cagliari and picked Marcus Suite and without a doubt would be back again! If it’s available- book it!

Sincerly I never found a cleaner room in all my travels. I have to say that everything was really clean, not only the room, common spaces too, bathroom. The person is also very helpful and ready to give you an hint whenever you need it. The location is also perfect in an old house in the town center, close to the port and the railway station.

There is nothing I did not like.

The room was exemptionaly clean and big in a safe environment, also the owner was super friendly and kind that respects his guests and their privacy! Freshly baked traditional breakfast, ideal to start a peaceful day in this historic city. Great location, 50m away from all the restaurants and 3min walk to train from airport.

there was no designated parking but public transport is good, and you actualy don't need it, also rent a car and rent a scooter is near, there is also public parkings near. (for rent a scooter is free)

A gorgeous room in a beautiful BnB! The whole place was even more spacious and well-decorated than the pictures, stunningly designed! Loads of wardrobe space and a luxury bathroom. A choice of sweet or savoury breakfast each morning, we went for sweet and had loads of croissants, fruit, preserves, juice and amazing cappucinos! Manuel is the best host there is! He was so considerate, offering advice on where we should visit based on the weather each day! We had trouble with our car rental we'd organised ourselves and he sorted a new booking for us at a significantly reduced price! Staying at Marcus suite was an amazing experience and we would definitely reccommend! Thanks Manuel!

I adored the location, the cleanliness, the shower, the comfort of the bed.

The obsession with covid and breakfast. I am an early morning person and i resent having a random hour set for my breakfast. The host set me for eating at 9 in the morning, which is too late for my preferences and if I tried to leave before that, I needed to deal with the "other guests are not done eating yet". This stupid obsession with the common cold needs to stop. Make me take a test but leave me alone. It made me feel like a hostage in my room. That's why hotels are better, they let you leave in peace.

I had the pleasure of staying at Manuel’s Marcus Suite for 3 days. The room was perfect, spacious, luxurious and clean. The breakfast every morning was simple but very good, accompanied with good coffee. Manuel is a very kind host who had lots of recommendations for the city and the region. I would recommend to stay here to everyone that is visiting Cagliari!

Everything! This was the best accomodation that we stayed at across our 4 week holiday, and we even attempted to cancel some of our other hotels, to stay again. Manuel is the perfect host, offering help during our stay and after. The place has all you expect and more. Do not hesitate, and make sure you book a stay at Marcus rooms when you are next in Cagliari!
