A real 'hidden gem' - great value in the heart of Cagliari. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfasts were great and the breakfast room was beautiful in terms of table linens, etc. The rooms are small but very tastefully finished and extremely clean. The location was excellent in terms of being within easy walking distance of all the sights.

I hesitate to say anything negative about this super place but its one drawback was that our room overlooked a part of the pedestrian street where party goers made a lot of noise all night on the weekend nights. It was much quieter during the week so I would recommend planning your stay to not include a weekend or ask for a room that does not directly overlook the street

It was perfect. First of all, the location is so good. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. I came to Cagliari from the airport via train, and after just a few minutes of walking, I arrived at the hotel from the train station. Since the hotel is located in the city center, I could safely return to my room even in the late hours. The breakfast menu is so rich. You can find delicious homemade cakes and marmalades in the breakfast. I like all of them so much. All the staff are so helpful and polite. The staff helped me whenever I needed anything. Also, my room was cleaned every day. If I go to Cagliari again, I am sure I will stay at this hotel. Thanks for everything.

Well located, tastefully designed, cosy hotel in the centre of Cagliari. Delightful staff. Some of the bedrooms overlook a pedestrianised street that is the centre of Cagliari's nightlife. Thankfully the sound insulation of the windows is good, but it's noisy if you have the windows open. Within a couple of minutes walk you can reach many bars and restaurants. The pleasant botanical gardens are nearby.

Parking: The hotel were very helpful with finding somewhere to park: after unloading we took the car to the station car park and they even helped my elderly parents with the 10 minute walk to the car park. So in the end it was a positive not a negative point. The air-conditioning didn't seem to be very effective at cooling.

First of all , the location is amazing.It is in the middle of everything. We needed a place to stay overnight to be able to get iur flight next day and we also wanted to enjoy the city a bit especially effortlessly. So that was the right choice for us . The rooms are very well equipped, clean and you have everything you need . The staff is so kind and so nice that they can go beyond their duties. There is also street parking nearby , and dont be afraid of the noise from the street, because somehow the rooms are really quiet. especially when closing the shutters. We also had breakfast at the hotel and it was also extremely well selected despite the small range of food but exactly the right ones you need.

This is such a wonderful place to stay! It was a five minute walk from the train station. Our room was so cozy and so clean, even with heart cookies on Valentine’s Day! Breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff were all extremely kind and friendly! Based on other reviews, we brought ear plugs to sleep with, and that worked well! This location was amazing for exploring Cagliari - a cute Main Street with tons of delicious restaurants were right out the door! We absolutely would stay here again.

The room was airy and the bed very comfortable and location was excellent. We were in a room overlooking the Main Street, which was fun, but would strongly recommend ear plugs if you want to sleep as it was very lively at night(luckily we travel with them). It may be ok if the window was closed but as it was before the air conditioning was turned on( before May 1st) we had it open. There was a little balcony which was great to have a little sunbathe on in late afternoon lying on the floor. Very friendly and attentive staff and delicious breakfast.

There was a lovely big bathroom, however there were no towel rails or hooks so towels had to be dried on doors and TV. Also nowhere to put soap and shampoo in shower and no where to put cosmetics and toothbrush etc by sink, so kept them on the floor. Such a shame as it was a lovely bathroom, just not practical and would so easily be rectified

The staff were probably the friendliest & most helpful staff I have ever come across and id regard myself as well traveled. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The reception staff were very helpful, inside there is a board of the food and drink that they recommend in the area which is superb. The room was beautiful, considering how it was on the high street as soon as you shut the shutters you could hardly hear a thing. We felt very safe with the 3 door and 3 lock system. If I was ever to come back to Cagliari, I would stay here. The room was very clean, water and a few chocolates in the room. The breakfast the following morning was a lovely set up in the lobby with everything you needed- again the staff very lovely.

The air con either didnt work, or wasnt easy to work out. The shower cubicle was small.

We were welcomed like family, the location of Sa Domu Cheta is perfect within the historic centre and we could walk everywhere from our b&b. The place is beautifully decorated and just off the Main Street hence quiet and relaxing. The breakfast exceptionally good with home made jams directly by the owner Mirella and Sardinian breads, home made cakes again by Mirella, omelette, fresh yoghurts and fruits and pastries moreover their cappuccinos are delicious. Staff including Monica, Nicoletta and Celine looked after us in every way and made our stay at Sa Domu Cheta VERY special and we cannot wait to go back again. The place is also spotless and super clean. We cannot recommend enough this gem of B & B which is wonderfully managed and run!

Everything was perfect and the owner Mirella even gave us some small jars of her special home made jam to take back to London we we loved them so much!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, and everyone made us feel so welcome. My kids are still talking about the delicious pastries and cappuccinos – they were a real highlight for them! A special thanks to the cleaning staff as well, who were always smiling and incredibly professional. It really made our stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back in the future!

The room was light and airy with a balcony facing on to the street with picturesque views. The bed was comfy, and the entire hotel was immaculately clean and tidy. The breakfast was very nice with a selection of fresh cakes for the sweeter tooth. The location is amazing, right in the centre near good pubs and restaurants plus only a 5 minute walk to the train station which is only a 7 min journey to the airport. The staff are friendly and very accommodating.

I love the quirky bathroom, and being 6ft, I was OK. Any taller you might need to duck, but don't let that take away from this lovely experience.
