We loved it all. We parked for free (there’s a paid area you can use, or an unpaid area which was fine. The pool was huge and had stunning views and lots of sun beds with umbrellas. The room was a great size and comfy beds. The breakfasts were amazing!! The hotel run excursions you can join and we did the boat tour around the different coves which was fantastic and the highlight of our holiday. We were able to borrow sun umbrellas for the various stops in the tour that we did which was helpful as we’re both very fair skinned! We walked into town each night for dinner and it was around a 20 min walk. It’s an uphill climb on the way back but anyone with moderate fitness could do it and a good way of walking off dinner! The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was brilliant all round and would return in a heartbeat.

Great pool, great breakfast, great staff, beautiful surroundings, shuttle service which we didn’t use but great to have.

For 4stars there should be kettle and tea for all rooms even for the basic ones, bathroom was a bit dated, but overall everything nice and clean. Parking for 15 €€ per night is ok but small spaces and people parking on your spot. Get a different system. Don’t give spots but have certain amount of cars and let everyone park wherever will be easier for you and the guests.

My God...EVERYTHING! If I could rate this hotel 12/10 I would! Professional in every way. Spotless rooms. The friendliest staff and great food. They also run their own tours from the hotel. The coastal boat tour was fantastic. Thanks so much to our expert guide on that day. Also, thanks to Giuseppe in the restaurant and Catrina at pool and our smiling bus driver (spoke no Otalian but excuded warmth through his smile and eyes) All the office staff were so amazing. We were staggered when we were welcomed at the hotel by name, before we'd even introduced ourselves. Food in the restaurant was terrific. Contemporary Sardinian dishes as well as traditional. Nicely presented. The waiter staff are astute and determined to please. This hotel is totally a first class establishment. We loved everything about it.

Situated out of town which we preferred. Nice and quiet. Excellent pool. Breakfast was amazing. Dinner was really disappointing. There is an excellent restaurant just a 3 minute walk up the road (on the roundabout) which is so much better. Bizarrely there is a petrol station opposite the hotel which serves a good lunch with a great view over the bay. More choice than the pool bar and much cheaper too.

The breakfast was amazing and with many varieties. The staffs are really friendly. The room and the hotel areas is very tidy and clean. The mini cruise was incredible amazing and worth of value. The free transfer from the hotel to the city center is helpful.

Car Parking is paid and expensive compared to other large cities. If you don't pay, you have to leave the car near by the hotel. The shower area is small, which I think is bad for people with reduced mobility or over weight.

I cannot fault this hotel. The facilities are in great condition, the rooms are immaculately clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is excellent with small changes each day, the shuttle bus is very reliable and come quickly when called from the centre, and the pool is great.

It's a 20-25min uphill walk from the centre of Cala Gonone, but the shuttle bus is very reliable.

I love how welcoming and friendly the staff and owners are, each and every face smiles back at you. In particular we were blown away with the warm reception of our border collie Bob, who got his own bag of goodies upon arrival which I thought was a lovely touch. The lovely Katerina went above and beyond to make our stay special - absolutely spoiled me with her delicious cocktails and always made time to make our dog Bob feel special by making a fuss of him whenever she had a spare minute, he ADORES her now - a hospitality queen! The pool is huge and filled to the brim, no caps required as it is cleaned constantly throughout the day. Dogs are allowed to sit with you by the pool too which is awesome, plenty of shady areas, a cool floor and drinking water provided. We loved our room, the spa bath was a lovely touch and housekeeping left the place spotless with everything replenished each day - in fact the entire hotel is breathtakingly spotless. Breakfast buffet is delicious and fresh with quite the collection - hot drinks included! Also worth noting there are very little mosquitoes in this location, after spending a month touring beautiful Sardinia getting eaten alive by the things, we were relived to have a break!

I find it very hard to fault the place, but if I had to nit pick I’d say the food was delicious - but portion sizes are sparing.

Great breakfast and lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds & umbrellas, towels available for €3. Reception and all staff very helpful. Good bar area and ice cream stand. Location good, although approx 1.5km walk from town/restaurants up/down quite a steep hill however the hotel run a free shuttle bus between 0900 - 1900hrs

Showers need a little updating, bathrooms are big enough just a little dated. Tea & coffee making in our room but no milk/creamer offered.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely comfortable hotel with very nice pool area with bar & good view over the bay. Good free shuttle service to and from Cala Gonone (Although we had to pay for this service after 7pm). We would highly recommended the fabulous boat trip on hotel dinghy around the beaches and caves south of Cala Gonone. The breakfast was really delicious with huge selection.

We were upgraded to a lovely room with a view over the gulf. The room was clean and provided everything we needed. All staff at the hotel were extremely helpful. The included breakfast was great…..however the evening fixed-price dinner was poor and we only dinned there once during our four-night stay. The outdoor pool was wonderful…..with bar service available. Great cocktails. Good free car parking available nearby.
