This is a really nice hotel, especially for business travellers, I think. The outside of the hotel and reception areas are not very promising, to be honest, but the rooms are big, nicely laid out, spotlessly clean, well equipped, and everything works exactly as it should. The people here are also really friendly and helpful. Recommended.

The breakfast is perhaps a little basic. Some better hot options such as boiled or scrambled eggs might be good.

Super clean, breakfast very good with juice, coffee bread, parma ham, bacon, chease and traditional italian cheese, traditional italian sweets, croissant, yogurt with strawberries and forest frutis, milk, biscuits and other items that I can not recall now. Staff friendly and polite and for Italians adequate use of english above average

The lady on reception took her extra time on her own to accommodate my arrival late by 2300 (2317) and appreciated above the customer service

After entering a room I found there isn't any blanket only a sheet on a bad?!? Which was a nothing to do since there isn't staff after 2300.. 2 times I check around in a room no blanket :(

Our stay was amazing, even though they have mentioned that the check-in is at 2:00 we thought we will just put our luggage at the reception and check-in later. But the host was so polite that he gave us the rooms at 10:00 Am itself. They even gave us playing cards later in the night and complimentary coffee at their cafe. The hosts were more than just warm and welcoming. HIghly Recommended!!

It felt a little warm in the room but as the weather had turned colder they had stopped their AC, so we slept with our windows on, which was actually not that bad

We stay here every time we travel through the area. It is a great hotel with very kind staff. There are some good restaurants around and it is close to the motorway. It is clean and comfortable, and a great value for your money.

Everything was good. A little more variety at breakfast could be nice.

The hosts were extremely kind, they allowed us to check in even after the time expired. The location is next to the highway and was very convenient for us. The room was tidy. We even received a small thank you gift .We are really pleased that we chose this hotel.

Hotel was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful especially the lady at the reception. She was easily available on whats app and very quick to respond…Recommended place to stay in Caldiero!

Very good location when visiting Verona. I also recomend it if you are traveling through Italy as we were to Genova, because it is near the highway. Very helpful staff, parking in the back, delicious breakfast, cosy towels and beds. The room for four was very spacious. Very satisfied!!!

clean and comfortable. A very good breakfast was served that included the option of scrambled eggs and bacon. All of the staff were very helpful and the ones I dealt with all spoke English. There is ample parking, a lot of it is undercover.

It is rather remotely located, this didn’t bother me as I was only on a one night stopover.

This is a small hotel located a few minutes far from Illasi. it is a good place to stay while travelling to another location or if you are looking for a comfortable hotel outside bigger cities. Decent breakfast and a very dedicated team helped us to fully enjoy our stay here. Well done, I recommend it for a good value for money! Also worth to point out, we had a good communication with the hotel to organise a last minute change in the arrival time, they answered quickly and kindly providing an excellent solution!

Our room had a lamp not working. The staff could not repair it, as it was Sunday, but offered us another room.
