Most of the staff was super friendly and kind too. They were accommodating with the language barrier, using Google translate when needed. The room was super nice and AC was working as needed which is not to be taken for granted in Italy! The pool was clean and almost Private to us as they were no other guests in the property

The location has v less lighting so be careful when you check in - might look like haunted area. The most annoying thing however was out checkout process where a new staff member appeared and charged us for some surprising breakfast elements (which was not informed to us in the morning). While the confusion and conversation makes sense but he used racist comments and was creating fuss over tiny things like reservation made online and being late for checkout (when we agreed on late checkout already the previous day with another kind staff). It was a pity that a lovely time was ended with this irking experience. He shouldn't have used racist comments in Italian - which we understood after being in Italy for 10 days - which I guess he didn't expect!!

- The bedroom was beautifully decorated - Confortable bed - The restaurant looked like a movie decor - The breakfast was fresh and diversified - Everybody was so welcoming and helpful - Super clean - The bathroom was amazingly big and luxurious There are few details that you could only find in a 5 stars hotel which I loved

- There were a party one of the evening we came. The music stopped around midnight. Just check before you come and that's alright. - Restaurant closed on sundays - A bit far from everything, the car is always necessary

Beautiful place. Very quiet. Excellent night of sleep. Welcoming staff and very friendly.. The restaurant was closed but we drove to a small village nearby Soave, and it's within castle city walls which was an unexpected beautiful visit.

The shower is a bit small but worked well. Good water pressure.

Beautiful hotel and beuatiful ambient. We have been there last weekend, family weekend - 5 of us. Unfortunately, there was some rain ,so kids didn't use the pool. The breakfast was delicious. The staff is very kind, polite and unobtrusive. Hopefully, we will come back.

Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. Car Park dusty.All notices were in Italian, so had to ask staff times for dinner, locaton etc. Also room menu was in Italian, an Englsh translation would have been helpful. But staff were always ready to help.

Very plesent and hospitable staff! Our diner was very good, the house is both authentic and comfortable.

When we arrived, it seemed like no one was around. We checked into our room and went down to the pool which seemed abandoned. There was a bar, but no one was there. We had to go ask for a drink, but then were immediately served some cold refreshments and some snacks by a very kind person. In the evening we dined in a separated room inside, since there was a class reunion party of some sort outside. The food was exceptionally good. After we went back to the room, there was loud music from the party downstairs until about 0:30am, which was quite annoying. However, we slept well when they turned it down. Breakfast was quite good, for Italian standards. All in all, it was a decent stay, and the staff were trying their best.

Loud noise/party. No eating outside (because it was too cold, they said, even though the party was outside). Very beautiful house and surroundings, but it's not kept very well in all instances. Pool cleaning robot doing its job during a sunny afternoon. Empty beer cans and ashtrays on the tables in the garden. Used towels lying around on the sunbeds etc.

Peacefull, calm, quiet and relaxing. Great restaurant

Didn't realise the restaurant was closed on Monday, the hotel should notify guests of this at the time of confirming the booking.
