Hotel was very comfortable and in a great location

Would have expected access to the spa and gym for free as paying guests. €30 for access to Turkish bath seemed excessive when I had paid for a massage. Asked could I use the facilities before the massage and was told they had to be booked separately

The breakfast was above expectation actually. A lot of choices in Italian sweet way. The staff were friendly and proffesional. We had 1 time dinner buffet in the hotel and it was also better than expected compare with some restaurants on the boulevard. The beach is in front of the hotel, advise is to reserve some beachchairs in busy periods. The swimmingpool was perfect although not many facilities for children. Pisa and Lucca are a short drive away.

If you need to do some laundry go do it yourself in the city because the prices are expensive as this isnt a core task and extra burdon for the hotel.

Breakfast was average. Should add a few more hot plates and keep the bacon stocked. The location is perfect for our needs. We attend Carnevale annually. We've never used the pool or spa as we usually arrived during off season. Staff has always been pleasant!

The rooms are a bit small for the size of our family of four. We wish there was a two-three bedroom with a full kitchen and two bathrooms offered. Rooms are a bit dated and need some care.

Parking space is very convenient. We loved swimming pool and green territory of the hotel. Pretty standard hotel breakfast. Can't say that it was very tasty or unusual. A lot of fruits and bakery. Personnel is responsive and happy to assist and help.

Room facilities are a little bit outdated, probably require some renovation. Water leakage in the room kitchen under the sink and other small issues, but it's not a problem at all.

Room good and clean, breakfast good, parking free. Staff friendly.

Main reason why we took this hotel was spa. When we booked, got message that is not included and spa needs to be payed separetly. Ok, we could manage it but 20€ for one hour or 30€ for two hours was little to much. No privacy in hotel rooms, just curtain between each balcony, You can hear and see Your neighbour. Can be problem if all rooms are full.

+ spacious room (Family 2+2) + parking for free (in the shade) + pool bar with lunch/snack options + location close to the beach, restaurants, shops, supermarket + nice pool area + very good breakfast (already from 7:15 h) + always enough pool chairs/umbrellas

- you have to wear bathing caps in the pool - WLAN disconnecting all the time (you have to log in via web)

would be nice to have more fruit at breakfast and inform that eggs/omlets can be made to order. Would be nice to have self service iron rather than rely on your laundry service

Breakfast was ok. Industrial products. Great coffee from behind the bar. The pool was a bit cold. Great distance to the beach.

The football field for kids is a great idea, but when they use the same area for dogs there was dog pooh - not a gook idea on a surface for football.

The hotel is conveniently located, beach is across the road. We enjoyed our stay in apartment with kitchen area, which is perfect for families with kids.Kitchen area is small, but it it's ok and it has a dishwasher there. Breakfast was ok and it is kind of must as there are no bakeries or small shops arround. Hotel has swimming pool open whole day, with enough sunbeds and they have a playground for small kids.

The hotel doesn't have its own beach neither cooperation with beaches arround, therefore you need to pay full price fo entry or find public beach for free.

This was perfect accommodation for myself and my friend. We had a short, last minute trip to Pisa and could not have asked for a better hotel. The breakfast was wonderful with a stunning view of the pool and staff were so friendly. The receptionists were also very helpful with transport and any info we needed. We took full advantage of the gorgeous pool and the brilliant service of having cocktails delivered to us right by the water - as well as some delicious snacks free of charge! We were upgraded to a superior room with a mountain view too before check in. We stayed in this room the first night and then moved to a room with a sea view for the second. Both were stunning with really comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. I have never slept so well on holidays. The location is just super. We had dinner on the beach and were able to stroll just around the corner to a supermarket. We will definitely be returning! Thank you to the staff - the receptionists, lifeguard, waiters and cleaners - we had a lovely time.

Some pictures online of the bedrooms make them appear to be quite dated but this is not at all the case!
