Excellent comfy pillows and slean bed/ aircon although it was load. Easy to park right next door £10 for 24 hours. Kinda should be free for hotel guests I think. There is a mini fridge and lots of clean soft towels. I think over all a welcome retreat with great access to the promanad and private beaches. Just a short walk to the public beach for if you don't want to pay for a bed.

The bathroom could have done with an upgrade. It wouldn't cost too much to make it a wet room with modern fittings. There is no bathroom at the reception. And there were some elements that around the room that could be more polished and fixed such as an adjustment door to another room, which was locked but the handle was missing and the mini fridge was very hot almost as if it could be an electrical hazard being sat in a cupboard.

Honestly I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews, but everything was all right. The hotel is very near the beach, but does not own any sunbeds so expect additional expenses. Parking is also a bit difficult as it is touristic center after all, but if you write an e-mail in advance, the hotel will secure the parking for you. Cleaning was just excellent at this hotel, we even left a tip for the cleaning ladies because they deserved it 100%.

It is a bit expensive destination and you may expect more for your money value, but it was August and it is very busy touristic area after all...

Room comfort and cleanliness were good. Location near the sea was very good and received a warm welcome. Breakfast was good with a few hot items too.

The parking at the hotel is a paid extra, something I wasn't clear on when booked. They kindly gave me a free night and then I parked on the street nearby. Wifi strength in my room was a little weak, but speed was good.

The room was excellent. It looked recently decorated and was spacious. Good location to the beach.

The hotel advertised a restaurant, that was really just the kitchen that put out a continental breakfast, no evening meal. There wasn’t anybody serving behind the bar, if someone was on reception they would get you a drink. On our second day there was no body there so we couldn’t have a drink.

Breakfast is lacking refilling, the speed is slow. I waited 20 min for a refill of ham. If you reach in the begining, there is plenty, later on is not sure :)

This quaint hotel is situated just few meters to the beach in this quiet and laid back feel in Lido Camaoire. The staff were all super nice and helpful. We had a problem at 1230am and we were immediately attended. The room is very clean and plenty of towels of different sizes according to your need. The buffet breakfast is superb for only €8. Such a lovely place and a real deal value for money.

The hotel has a great location near the sea. Nice staff, breakfast was excellent and what we liked most was that every day we had super tidy rooms (always new tarpaulin on bed, towels). Cleaning service was great.

The fridge in the room or the minibar did not work well. It did not cool and contained only two waters. in our room was completely weak wifi

We stayed at this hotel for 9 days and I want to say that overall the experience was great. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and very nice and polite. Rooms cleaned every day, huge and soft beds. The hotel is really 2 mins from the beach and all the restaurants and cafes. There is a huge variety of places where you can eat or have a drink during the day or at dinner time. Also there is a huge shop not far from the hotel where you can get fruits to have with you or whatever other products you might need. There is parking right beside the hotel (for extra payment) or a free parking just 2 minutes walking from the hotel. We had breakfast included and it was good. You can choose from many delicious options. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy your stay in Lido di Camaiore!

Unfortunately some of the facilities where closed or unavailable because of the COVID-19 like the jacuzzi or the resting area on the -1 as it was in maintenance.

-parking facilities during weekend -no Real discount with partner beach places -closed reception all morning until 2pm, apparently due to sickness, but still very inconvenient. -tiny bathroom - & toilet seat kept coming down.
