Loved the room, very clean and excellent location. Everything is just a short walk away, the trains to get to other towns such as Pisa are easy to get to via a bus close by. Loved the staff, incredibly helpful people despite me only speaking English, they tried their best to give me the best information and I was very grateful for how helpful they were!
Room did have a faint smell of cigarette smoke, but that is most places in Europe, and a fridge would have been helpful but not essential.

Nice hotel close to the sea. Very comfortable and located in a beatiful area. The owner is extremely kind and we enjoyed our stay. A good breakfast is offered in the morning.
The hotel has no private parking for all clients. We had to park in a close parking lot. During week ends it may be difficult to find parking places during the day.

Location is perfect, 200m from the beach, Parking space for max 3 cars The owner is friendly and speaks English The hotel is clean
2 Stars are too much for this badly renovated hotel Internet is not working properly, it works few hours a day and after midnight there is no Internet!!! The water heater was broken, not switching off, and the cable was damaged and warped with tape, which is for safety reasons forbidden Parking place cost money, that's fine, but its not written anywhere, and the owner never informed the cost by checking in, only it was shown on the invoice while checking out, same thing with the water, in the room there is only water in the fridge, no price list, but you will be charged for water, The hotel is very old, was not renovated since I guess 20 years, the swimming pool in the pics was covered during our stay the water inside was green, the jacuzzi water was durty, The electrical sockets are not suitable for EU shoko, We searched another hotel the next day, we find just 200m away much better condition hotel, 30% cheaper, including breakfast, In the hotel description private beach mentioned which is misleading, the hotel has no private beach, there are lot of private beaches which has to be booked and paid prior your arrival, when we arrived everything was booked
