It is a hidden gem between Florence and Pisa. Beautiful room, just enough for two adults and two children. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was perfect, with a bathtub and adjustable shower head. The breakfast was good (no fried eggs). You can order an espresso or a cappuccino (free of charge). The covered parking was a big plus. The staff was polite and helpful. Location: just 10 minutes walk from a big mall (I Gigli). 30 min driving from Florence.

we couldn't operate the air condition at the gym, which was small, and you had to inform the reception before your entrance (ok for cardio and free weights, don't expect much from the multimachine)

Good hotel, nice for business, no noise, clean and rooms quite big. Good stuff, helpful and gentle. There was a light broken in the bathroom the First day, then afterwork it fixed and I didn't say anything, very good.

The location and entrance are not the best. The restaurant doesn't have big selection but anyway very good.

the hotel had a classic decoration, very clean and neat. very friendly staff, lots of free private parking spaces. I was even able to receive an adapter for the electricity plugs, since none of my electronics managed to get plugged-in to charge.

the breakfast oke, everything was cleaned and removed just before 10:30 so you couldn’t pick anything else if you were running late for breakfast

One of the most comfortable hotels I have stayed. Best if you have a car though. I walked and took trains. The train schedule is a little odd during public holidays and best take a train to Prato first then take direct train for Firenze. The I Gigli shopping mall next door to the hotel is divine, food is great, and an All'antico Vinaio as well with very little queue.

Great bed. Nice parking. Good furniture, air conditioning and tv. Fast check in and check out. Friendly staff.

Immaculate cleaning and very friendly English speaking staff. They easily coordinated taxis for me.

not within walking distance of anything but a mall. Had to taxi everywhere which was $25-45 USD depending on if you get a greedy cab driver.

Super value. Room very large, new, clean, up-to-date. Surprisingly beautiful!! walking distance to a wonderful cafe several blocks up and across the street.

in the middle of an industrial area which was not a problem but it was so nice it seemed out of place.

Comfortable clean room, had 2 extra beds for kids, the breakfast was okay. Staff very nice. Had the best dessert at breakfast if that counts!

You have all the facilities you need. Great parking and staff, big spacea in rooms, bathtb, storage space and very clean!
