I stay at this hotel for years now. Every time I go to visit family , the staff are always polite and helpful. This time, the gentleman , Saturday night glasses gray beard, was so help in getting us a taxi to leave to Florence, he kept phoning and made sure we got our taxi, very grateful to him as we were leaving that night to go to pisa, , thank you so much, appreciated

A few new things, since last visit, before pandemic, charge 4 euro for fresh orange at breakfast it seemed to be if asked for anything not out was a charge which is fine but before I used to ask for fried eggs and it was not a problem no charge, which goes a long way in service, also if I get a drink befor I would go to bar and get myself and take to pool this time ,was delivered to pool but service charge, so again seemed to be little charges, also in room tea/coffee facilities mm could have been better, lots of tea options, 2 coffee sachets no milk, didn't like the paper cups prefered what you had befor proper china cups and saucer, for the standard of room would expect better maybe some milk would be a good idea,

Very nice room with stylish lights and furniture, mini bar, coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with a very interesting shower Most important, breakfast is very very good (many options)

A little bit far away from city centre. Shampoo and shower gel could be better compared with other 4 star hotel level

hotel very good ubicated and good staff, very clean and the room are very big.

A 4 start must have a service of hot water - coffe and tea in the room minimum. (a nesspresso machine also its accord to a 4 starts hotel). The breakfast is good but no change , Im comiing ther 2 times a year and nothing change

Nice hotel and very good room. Felt we could have been better informed by reception and restaurant manager about dinner. We could only get a late dinner booking and ended up eating in pub nearby

The hotel is half an hour drive to Florence. Staff was helpful, the breakfast was really nice. There is a small swimming pool outside to relax. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Overall we were really happy about our stay.

Almost everything. Room was big and clean shower was newly renovated. Breakfast was great. The price was 85 euros a night. Probably the best value for my money in my whole stay in Italy (6 hotels) . Staff were very kind.

The parking is in the back and in the morning there were some cars parked right in front of the hotel and it was hard maneuvering with the luggage.

I really enjoyed the quality of the service we got during our stay

The sofa bed, was to soften and it wasn’t that good for my back for our ten days staying.

No coffee facilities or milk in room but resolved once I spoke to reception

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The area was quiet and close to the centre of the town.

Breakfast was not so good, and the room sometimes had an unpleasant smell.

It was very comfortable staying, room was spacious. Just one thing, walls are thin enough to easily hear the video next room watching. There was strongly barking dog which was not convenient. Rest of it was excellent
