The staff and owners were wonderful. The view on the balcony is super, especially if you're a Sunset lover, as I have become now. Lorenzo, the person in charge of the beach is a great guy! Terase and restaurant are great places to relax and come to your senses. Although the place is very isolated, I never felt that connected. Bravo!!! Just a small tip. I would be nice if the balcony had plants. It would make the experience more exotic.

The place was heavenly .The location was a bit of paradise with the sound of the sea and the beauty of sea and sky so close all the time. The staff were very friendly and helpful and make you really feel at home. Will definitely return again!

It is in a good location, have a good restaurant with delicious food also have a bar open all day. The staff was very friendly they greeted us with sorbet on our arrival in this extremely hot days. If you are with your own car you will easily find parking opposite of the hotel. It have a good breakfast, wr really enjoyed our stay .

great staff. upgraded room

The best thing about this hotel is the staff especially Daniela and Gabriela on reception. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped us book our ferry and parking to Lipari. Great Aperol on the terrace, food was ok but I thought the wine was overpriced. Beach, nothing special. No paddle boards or kayaks to hire. Room was large, very clean and simply furnished.

Sadly this is nowhere near the 4 stars they claimed it to be. Although the reception is nice and clean, and friendly staff... the rooms are really old, not modern at all, and really expensive if you compare price/quality. No WiFi in my room (they say WiFi is available everywhere, not true). The TV wasn't working properly, the double bed was composed of 2 combined single beds, the hair dryer was really low quality too. The door of my room was really fragile and old, it would not be too difficult to break in. Luckily we didn't stay long otherwise I would have asked for my money back. There is No Parking belonging to the hotel, there is just a football pitch parking space outside, you can park there at your own risk.Also, check-out cannot be at 10am during breakfast hours! I've never seen a check out earlier than 11am. If the price was 50% cheaper it could have been a nice place to stay, but way too expensive for what they offer.
