It is a new building, the rooms and bathrooms are really nice, the balconies with the sea-view are awesome. Staff was very friendly, helpful and speaks English. The breakfast was the best we ever had in Italy. The 24 hour desk is something one rarely needs but when one does it is a great feature as we had to check in and out outside of „normal“ times. Quick internet connectivity.

Because the season was basically over when we took our trip neither the bar nor the restaurant were open. I hope in the summertime, they provide some beach-beds down at the pebble beach. There is quite a bit of traffic on the road between the hotel and the promenade and when the surf was not as loud the cars definitely were. The windows block all sounds however so that would only be a problem on the balcony.

Excellent breakfast with wide selection of varied choices freshly made foods. The staff overall were unfailingly warm, welcoming and friendly. The hotel was always clean and bright and gave immediate access to the beach across the road. The room had a vast balcony, private to either side and perfect views of the beach below.

The one, noteworthy deficiency was the space within the room itself and especially the lack of shelving, drawers and places to put ‘stuff’ away. This was a significant deficiency and lessened the comfort of the room as a whole.

Incredible location! The hotel is quiet literally by the seaside! Amazing views of the ocean every day and so close to the town centre. All the staff were so accomodating and helped us out so much with drivers and taxis when we needed them. Gabrielle was incredible and helped us so much when we were stranded at the train station at 2am after our plane kept getting delayed and we couldn’t get any taxis or Ubers. Gabrielle saved the day and got us a driver to pick us up and take us to the hotel! 🙏🙏 The hotel is so beautiful and clean as well!

They let me change my pillow for a memory foam pillow. I had a full sea view and it was gorgeous. Breakfast was lovely with a lot of variety and a woman making you coffee to order. room had everything I needed - a refrigerator, clean bed, balcony.

This isn't about the accommodation, however the town itself is a bit dead. There are buildings all around that seem like they were abandoned while half-built. There isn't a lot of life to the town.

The whole vibe at Seaside was amazing! Everything was clean and modern; the breakfast was very plentiful and of amazing quality of food! The employees were all friendly, accommodating and polite! My only regret is that we only stayed for one night! However, now that I know of this gem, I will return!

I wish there was parking however, I understand the dynamics of the area (and Italy, in general). To have private parking is a supreme luxury in Italy.

Clean hotel with the most friendly and accommodating staff. Lovely continental breakfast and nice restaurant. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff who were always smiling and helpful.

The beds were a little hard. Such a shame the hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool - that would make it perfect!

The location was perfect right on the beach front as our room faced the the sea with an ocean view. Breakfast was good value and not too far from the main centre of shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and professional.

Close to beach and everything we needed before a sailing trip from nearby marina. Staff friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately problem with whole rear block of hotel meant cold water shower in the 1 morning we were there. They offered us shower in another room but had had cold shower by then. Engineer had been called so was just bad luck on our behalf.

Very comfortable room, nice decor, good bathroom, sea view, delicious breakfast, delightful receptionist, easy to leave luggage, easy to swim outside the hotel, check out at 11. Kettle and tea bags, including camomile

Road a bit noisy. Paper cups. Restaurant only open for breakfast when we were there.

The location es excellent! Everything is new, probably they are working on with process and timing for check inn, Laundry services. Very good breakfast and dinner!

Same service no matter who is the one in charge of coffee, eggs, etc...
