This is an amazing place, the best service we have ever received from a bed and breakfast, or any hotel for that matter. Hosts are warm-hearted, welcoming and exceptional people that will make your stay unforgettable. There were so much love and care in all the small details which made the stay so special: the beautiful garden, an extremely well equipped bathroom with all the things a girl might need, cleaning of the room while we were away, home-made limoncella, super delicious breakfast with the stunning view of the orange trees and the rock cliffs of Capri, and the list goes on. And even without all these details, the place is still stunning, clean and extremely welcoming.

Small cabin set apart from the house in the garden so very spacious and private. Next to multiple lemon trees. Nespresso machine and lots of add ons in the kitchen. Bathroom was great with large Italian shower and lots of free gels, creams, etc. Teressa, was great and could not do enough for us. Spent time telling us tips and places on the island to visit. Breakfast was great and had a water dispenser we could fill bottles up for free. Close to two great restaurants, one on the sea literally (Bagni Tiberio) and the other world renowned (Da Paolino). Quite expensive, like everything on Capri, but great food and experience

Very little. Maybe a change of tap in the bathroom and will need change of windows soon but generally was great.

I stayed in the "one bedroom apartment", which is a free-standing structure in the garden ~12 ft from the breakfast area. It was very cozy, and I enjoyed the degree of privacy it offered - I was on vacation to get some time to myself, so that was much appreciated. Since I was here in winter, I'll note that the heater did a great job with keeping me warm; its one of those combo heater/air conditioner, and allowed for the temperature to be adjusted. Kitchen in the apartment has a stove which has both gas burners and an electric one; I used the gas, which is not self-lighting, but there was a good lighter on hand and the burner lit promptly each time. There is a teakettle for use on the stovetop; more generally, the kitchen has plenty of things like eating utensils and cooking implements, it is entirely possible to make your own meals in here. Bedroom was plenty comfortable; in particular, the bed was great, easily nicest mattress I've encountered in a hotel in a long while. Bedroom window has lace curtains but no shade that can be pulled down; I simply closed the wooden shutters, though I suppose some may not like that as one must lean out the window a bit or go outside to shut them or open them. A couple of nights the wind and rain was extremely vicious, so I did close the shutters and it made a difference in terms of noise. Have got to mention Theresa and Ivan, the owners. I got in after 8 p.m. and Ivan was there to meet me with keys despite the late hour. Theresa told me the places she recommended I go and drew it all out on a map, along with some restaurant suggestions (huge help given how many places were shut). Bad weather canceled my ferry, so I extended my stay at last moment and they were more than accommodating as I was figuring out what I was going to do. Ivan also offered that if the ferry service didn't refund my canceled ticket, he'd argue them into it, which I appreciated (though ferry refunded me no problem).

Not something I didn't like, but I know some folks have allergies, so I'll note that there are several cats in residence. They aren't allowed in the guest rooms but they do hang out in the breakfast area. There is also a tortoise who remained in the owners' home but who wanders the garden in warmer weather - I don't think this'd bother anyone but I suppose there might be people out there with a phobia for tortoises, so... fair warning.

It’s what I was looking for a place with a lot of green space , nice ppl who take care of ur need and advice me for what I should visit

First u think it’s far place specially when u reach the green areas but just going out again from the house u would understand how is really near in 5 minutes walking to bus or even walking to marina Grandi ( only walking ) bus very few minutes to center so actually it’s perfect when u have nice green house , I wished I had more time to enjoy breakfast and more days to enjoy the house

First of all, the host was wonderful. She brought breakfast to the garden terrace with homemade cake and citrus jams that was grown in her garden. I got to eat figs off her tree to my heart content. What more can I say. The place is very homey and away from the noisy tourist center but within a short walking distance to it. To top it off, the public beach is 5 five minutes walk to it. If you want to treat yourself to a great restaurant but pricey, Da Paulino, it’s around the corner. Make sure to rsvp. The place is busy. Did I mention all there adorable kitties and turtle to remind me of home. Thank you for a wonderful stay and until next time. Arrivedeci!

It was an absolutely amazing stay at Teresa and Graziano’s place. We loved everything about it! When we arrived we were welcomed like family and given tips on where to go around the island, what to do, where to eat - it was perfect. Breakfast was to die for: delicious coffee, cakes, fresh fruit, bread with home-made jam, fresh orange juice - all served to our seats by Teresa and Graziano themselves! The garden was amazing as well, with the loungers underneath the big trees and the cats and turtle strolling around. The beach is only a 3-minute walk away and arguably one of the most beautiful spots in Capri! We felt so welcome and at home, and we will definitely be back!

Nothing, it was absolutely amazing!

This was by far the best stay in my whole trip to Italy. Everything about this place was incredible, but the host (Teresa and her husband) were outstanding. They were incredible sweet, very welcoming, and by far the best breakfast I ever had. The B&B is right by a beautiful family beach, they also have the coolest animals in the property. I highly recommend and cannot wait to go there again. Thanks for letting us stay there.

This was a perfect stay. Theresa was so lovely and gave us an exceptional breakfast every morning along with a detailed walk through of all the beautiful places in Capri to visit. All the suggestions for food, alerting, gelato, beaches and views couldn’t have been better and easier to find. The garden was so beautiful too, along with such cute cats and tortoises. It’s perfect location to get around the whole island without being in a loud area. It really felt like a vacation home.

This B&B was fantastic!! The location is prime, and the grounds are absolutely stunning and peaceful. The best part of the stay was the kind and gracious hosts, Graziano & Teresa. They made us feel right at home, and helped us throughout our stay. We had a boat tour canceled last minute, and they found a replacement in moments. They assisted with dinner reservations and anything we needed. The breakfast and limoncello were out of this world. I would highly recommend, and we hope to return soon!

We loved it all.

Theresa is a fabulous host. The room was very comfortable and Theresa was very welcoming. All yhe information we needed to enjoy our stay was readily available and Theresa was happy to answer any questions we had. Theresa and her husband prepared a wonderful breakfast for us each morning which included lovely cake and a plate of fresh fruit, croissants, toast, cereal. I cannot recommend this B&B highly enough and will always stay here when in Capri.

Nothing to not like.
