Everything about this place is idyllic..... Just being there was exceptional... Would go back tomorrow if we could 😊😊😊 So close to the central part of Anacapri Nothing was any trouble for the staff there Would give this hotel 11 out of 10 all day long

The staff was extremely friendly and service-minded. The bed was comfortable and the location was also great, very close to the center of Anacapri. The view from the breakfast room was stunning. Lastly, the value of the room was also very good, especially considering that it is the start of the summer season, and it was a last-minute booking.

The only small issue was related to the bathroom, which had a bit of a smell (but nothing too disturbing), and the pressure of the shower was a little weak, but appart from that it was a great stay, would definitely come back.

One of the BEST hotels we stayed at in Italy! The staff was behind lovely, the building is decorated beautifully, with the perfect island vibe. The rooms are big, comfy with a terrace for yourself. I couldn't recommend to stay here enough! The breakfast was really really good and THE VIEWS made it even better! I really enjoyed staying here. I did enjoy Capri very much, there are a lot of walks you can do to from here. If I knew I would have stayed longer!!!

Clean and spacious room with balcony to the see! Or even bigger room with terrace under the kiwi trees. Both with spectacular view! Staff ladies were extremely kind and service almost perfect! Wi-Fi was OK! Extremely calm and safe surroundings! Good connection to all directions! Good coffee!

Breakfast wasn't special, but almost everything you need. Service should be improved..

Bellavista was well-located in Anacapri. An easy walk of a few minutes took us to the main square; many restaurants and shops close-by plus several gelato places. Hotel breakfast was fine, nothing exceptional, but a good way to start the day looking out over the cliff and to the water. Hotel staff was friendly, helpful and thoughtful - gave us a sack breakfast as we were leaving earlier than regular breakfast time = much appreciated.

Very far from center or beach, the cleaning lady accidentaly took one of our towls, it was an expensive one, she never found it, the room was kind of tall and the AC was too loud

The staff were amazing. Cared about everything we needed and were very helpful. Great breakfast and a stone throw away from the Anacapri centre (Bus Station, Taxi Station, market and Monte Solaro). The housekeeper is an angel that kept our room clean and comfortable. Overall, I'd definitely recommend to anyone and I would 100% be back again.

Location is excellent, away from the crowds in Capri. Our large room had a fabulous terrace. bathtooms are a little dated but of good size. Air is fresher here and the village is delightful. Normal shops with good quality products and some nice bars and restaurants.

Although we knew when we booked but we could not understand why the hotel has no swimming pool. They have a huge garden with tennis courts and a spa but no pool. This hotel has so much potential, if they would upgrade the gardens with landscaping, pool and restaurants. A wonderful wedding venue!

The initial photos of the hotel when I booked, looked much more appealing than in reality. Way overpriced for a hotel that is the oldest on the island of Capri and has sadly aged in every way. Pity it’s not been brought back to its grandeur. Even the garden at the back could do with a little tlc, weeds everywhere. No lift, had to drag my heavy large suitcase up a winding staircase. The housemaid offered, but she was smaller than my suitcase.
