Giuseppe was fantastic, he had great advice about the island and organized a superb boat tour around the island. Shout out to Massimo “the skipper” who took us to amazing spots and had a lot of interesting info about the different parts of the coast line and caves. The view from the couch on the porch is amazing. It’s very easy to get in and out of town, 10-15min walk along a path. The bus stop is right at the mid point along the walk also. So it’s very convenient. All in all highly recommended!!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. Fantastic views, comfortable beds, A/C worked great, shower pressure and bathroom was great. 👍👍

Excellent location with beautiful views and a gorgeous porch overlooking the port. We loved bringing dinner and a bottle of wine back to the house to enjoy a quiet dinner with a gorgeous view! Barbra was an excellent host.

The shower didn’t drain super well but it wasn’t a huge deal.

The house has a stunning view and a very quite area. The living area, balcony and dining is shared. This has no bfast accommodation but coffee is available. They also have a cleaner to clean the rooms. Very near to the port. You can walk 14 mins or ride a taxi from the Port for 5 mins which will cost you 15 Euro.

Location very convenient to buses taxis and large port. Plenty of wonderful mountain breezes and spectacular view. Bit of a walk, 200 m from road. Plenty self serve coffee. Quiet. Barbara helpful.

Barbarella was the highlight of our trip! She was absolutely amazing and so helpful. We had the best time!

We would have liked a comforter on the beds... other than that and the location being a bit far from the main square, we had the best stay ever!

Everything beyond expectations the location , the panoramic view of the terrace , and the antiques . A real Italian vibes just like magic Didn’t want to leave :)

There are amazing views of the coastline from the porch, beautiful breezes all day with the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle on the air and great white, peaceful and charming decor in the shared living area...Our hostess was easily accessible and communicative via Whatsapp and very helpful with any questions we had. The bus service from the nearby bus-stop to other places on Capri was great once we got the hang of buying tickets in advance. The property was relatively quiet during our stay, though it's a "guesthouse" and there appear to be rooms for other guests and a shared living area. Even so, you have your own area of the porch to enjoy though not completely private. It is located near a local stadium but that was inactive during the stay. It was a short walk down to the "Marina Grande" which offers some cafes and more tourist-y restaurants and some nicer experiences too (JK Place, etc.). Easy access from here to all around the island with planning and willingness to take the bus, get a taxi, etc.

The "housekeeping" was sub-par, not the freshest linens, hair/dust visible on the floors...the hot tub featured in the listing seemed like a "no-go"...the room and property was less than pristinely kept but with a bit of effort/investment could be a much more luxurious experience to feel like a better value...We got the impression it might have been due to a temporary lack of communications between management/staff?...However, we had to ask for toilet paper (as well as other guests asking us if we had any they could borrow!)...It was delivered quickly but still, we had to ask for a basic. Greater attention to detail, some better investment in the property's condition/guest experiences and little touches could increase the wow factor (to match the views!)... like offering a guest guide with instructions for getting around on various transport, details on favorite restaurants, etc. Please upgrade the espresso machine so it doesn't destroy the capsules each time...give cleaned ceramic cups instead of plastic cups for the hot drinks, have more healthy plants on the terrace, cushions, etc. on the terrace, offer a fridge or dispenser with fresh water for guests...
