Subject: An Unforgettable Honeymoon at Hotel Caesar Augustus in Capri My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Caesar Augustus in Capri for three nights as part of our honeymoon in Italy, and I can't say enough about how incredible the experience was. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply perfect. We were upgraded to the most stunning Junior Suite upon arrival, which was such a delightful surprise. The suite had two balconies—both offering breathtaking views of the sea, Capri port, and showcasing the hotel grounds. Honestly, the moment we walked into the suite, it took our breath away. It has to be the most beautiful hotel room we've ever had the privilege of staying in, and we've stayed in some pretty amazing places around the world. The service at Hotel Caesar Augustus is exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and attentive, with a special shoutout to those working by the pool who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the ferry port was an added bonus that made our arrival and departure seamless and stress-free. As for the hotel itself, it’s simply stunning. The views are to die for, and every detail of the property feels special and thoughtfully designed. It’s located just a short 5-minute walk from Ana Capri, a charming and much quieter town compared to Capri, with more of a local feel. We dined there two of the nights and enjoyed some fantastic meals. The town has plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes to explore, making it a lovely place to wander. Capri town is only a short 10-15 minute taxi ride away, and the hotel was more than happy to call a taxi for us whenever needed. This made it easy to explore the more bustling parts of the island, while still being able to retreat to the serene oasis of the hotel. All in all, Hotel Caesar Augustus made our honeymoon truly unforgettable.

this is just a suggestion. A few days before, we stayed at Hotel Miramalfi in Amalfi, where they provided guests with branded Miramalfi pool flip-flops and a beach bag. We thought it was a thoughtful gesture and nice touch, and perhaps Caesar Augustus could consider offering something similar in the future.

Best hotel in Anacapri. Precipitous views, if you stay Cliffside. Wifi and cell connection is not so great. but nice opportunity to tune out of devices and live the life of Axel Munthe. Great breakfast. Extremely romantic hotel. Wonderful staff. Fine owners. Very attentive. Love this place!

Nothing -- except having to leave, eventually. No wonder that Farouk of Egypt moved in there for a while. Check out the Farouk Master Suite at the hotel, if you can swing it.

The Caesar Augustus in Anacapri is stunning -- beautiful visually, tranquil and elegant throughout. The outdoor areas are inviting, views of the sea mesmerizing, and the expansive grounds that surround the villa are ripe for exploring. This property has it all including staff and management dedicated to fulfilling your every whim, responding to special requests with charm and expediency. Guests are well taken care of here.

The new evening menu at the onsite restaurant could be a little less formal with fewer "high end" culinary options. The Chef is wonderfully talented and very creative, but, when dining there for a week, sometimes a soul-satisfying, richly crafted Lasagna may be all that is desired. That, plus a simple green salad and a hearty Brunello -- perfetto!

We arrived in style, the Hotel picked us up at the marina and drove us to the hotel which was really nice. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were taken out to the gorgeous terrace for our check in, complete with champagne and a personal welcome by Francesco Signorini, the Hotel Owner/General Manager. When we thought it could not get any better, we were told our rooms were upgraded to a Junior Suite with Seaview.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Staff went out of their way to make our stay incredible. From the warm greeting, tour of the facilities, introduction to the owner, grapes in bedroom and beautiful rooms. Beds were comfortable and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The concierge was extra helpful in arranging our transfer the next morning to the Naples airport and everything was smooth. We left early in the morning and were going to miss breakfast and they were nice enough to set up a small table of breakfast goodies for us to enjoy before our long day of travel. The entire experience was exceptional and I highly recommend this hotel in Capri, Italy. Thank you for everything.

The location is breathtaking, on a high cliff overlooking the Gulf of Naples with view of the island of Capri, other islands nearby, the Sorrento peninsula, and the coast of Naples. The grounds and facilities are very well maintained and the entire staff is very helpful and will meet all of your needs

The walls are surprisingly thin as it was easy to hear neighbors. The tub in the room we had drained very slowly and some other minor room features seemed to be marginal in operation, but the views, staff, and facility more than made up for the minor issues.

More than just a hotel, it is an experience. From the moment I arrived at the property I was amazed by the helpful friendliness of the staff, the beauty of the property and the amazing views. The room was clean and inviting, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower had perfect water temp and pressure. The breakfast was beyond superb with a plethora of options. The location is just a very short walk from Anacapri and local bus stop that will take you to places throughout the island for roughly 5-10 Euros. Again, this place is much more than a hotel but rather an extraordinary experience that everyone should encounter. Pierre was extremely helpful and amazing. Thank you, Pierre. If coming in by Ferry, I advise to make use of the complementary shuttle from port of Capri to the Hotel. The driver was extremely pleasant but handled all of our luggage so that it was waiting for us in our room at check in. I also recommend having dinner at the hotel at least once, trust me you will not regret it. The gym, though not that large has enough to provide a good enough workout. There are free weights, treadmill, elliptical and one cable crossover machine. There is an infinti pool that is by far on of the many highlights of the hotel. It is immaculately clean, with amazing views and comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas, The poolside bar is well attended and adds to the relaxing experience.

It's hard to sum up everything that's good about this hotel. It is definitely an experience staying here. The attention to detail, the training of the team, the welcome and tour of the facilities on arrival, the breakfasts, the pool - it's all superb. You can feel the passion that goes into making this property what it is. If you're feeling indulgent and want an experience you'll never forget, you can't go past this hotel.

This boutique hotel is 5-star in every way. The views from every area are stunningly beautiful, and the gardens are peaceful and flowery. We had a junior suite, and the size was ample, and even included a terrace area.

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. You will not be disappointed!

Stunning cliffside location. Beautiful pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Sports club next door with tennis courts (€35/hr).

All just a bit pricey .. e.g. €7 for espresso in reception. Would be nice to have little things like espresso & water included for €800/night. But a beautiful 5* property in Anacapri.
