This is a family run boutique hotel where they take great pleasure in attending to every detail. Antonio personally drives guests to town as well as other destinations on Ischia which is a huge bonus.. no need for taxis or buses when you choose to stay at this lovely hotel. We stayed 2 nights and then went to forio..we wished that we stayed here for our whole trip! The views,flowers,the food , the staff.. they have perfected the quiet chic bohemian vibe of the perfect Italian summer! Absolutely a standout property on Ischia. Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful location and the most genuine staff, who go above and beyond to ensure you have a memorable holiday! A place we will absolutely return to. The terrace area for meals and evening drinks is breathtaking. The room had everything we needed and ideal as the perfect base to explore Ischia. We used the hotel’s shuttle service and local bus routes to explore the nearby town/s, but found the best way was to rent a scooter (via the hotel) and explore the island at your leisure. The staff really do go out of their way to explain where to go and make the most of the island. Every interaction we had with the staff was exceptional and their local tips were brilliant. Special thank you to Georgia and Angelo for all their help and kindness when we needed assistance with the ferries and scooters - you truly saved us!! Tip: although card payments are accepted around Ischia, we found the locals were very grateful for the cash, so keep some spare for the odd bits/emergencies.

We stayed in a room with balcony and sea view. The breakfast was great and something to look forward to each morning. The terrace for breakfast was absolutely stunning with a magical view over Casamicciola. I could sit there everyday of my life. There was a shuttle bus that took us down to town in the mornings and Angelo who drove the shuttle was a highlight of our stay. The pool looked absolutely beautiful but it was a bit fresh to use. I would love to come back when it was a bit warmer. Down in Casamicciola we went to Gino's bar which we loved. Best Limoncello we tasted in all of Italy. Great prices and food.

It was very quiet at night and we didn't see any music on the rooftop. We were staying there during the week so it may be a weekend thing only or the season hasn't quite started yet.

The most awesome thing is that the premises have a spectacular view from the bar/restaurant terrace, surrounded with numerous cacti, flowers, herbs ... They offer a very tasty breakfast with a ton of options (especially tasty were the ricotta and fresh cherry tomatoes), the dinner was also fantastic and they also offer a wonderful selection of beverages. Staff was very friendly, super helpful and always had an answer when we needed help or advice. Free shuttle service option is very welcome (since the hotel is pretty high up the hill) an seeing the drivers manage narrow winding roads of Casamicciola you are very quickly very happy you didn't rent a car. :) Rooms are simple but nice and clean and our balcony had a wonderful sea view.

The view is amazing! The swimming pool. The staff are very nice and helpful especially Francisca <3 Rooms are big and clean. Because of the nice location, it’s so calm.

Going to the city! The hotel is up in the mountains so make sure they pick you up as they have a shuttle at specific times daily. Once you learn the schedule it would be ok but still a hassle! The breakfast was ok as the Italian breakfast is the only thing I don’t like a lot in Italy! Basically carbs and sweets. There are some eggs and one kind of salami the rest is cake. I think they can improve that part by adding more kinds of cheese, olives and sausages.

Every corner is different but nicely organized. The ‘lobby’ area feels like your living room. Super cozy! The pool is not big but deep enough to have fun jumping inside. Nice views, nice food, nice staff. They are so friendly and patient, though not all of them can communicate in English. It’s really a nice stay!

Bathroom is a bit small. There’s some mosquitos until we discovered the mosquitos coils at the balcony. Would be nice if we could know to put on the coils to repel the mosquitos as soon as we check in.

we enjoyed our time a lot! the breakfast is really good, a lot of variety and combined with the view it's just perfect to get started into the day. the staff is lovely, we felt like they are a small family, the owner is also really nice and helpful :) can highly recommend to spend a few nights there, we'll for sure be back some time!

not really negative, since we had a lot of fun driving with a scooter, but... since it's further up the hill and not that central, you'll probably want to rent one to get around. there are also busses, but scooter is the way to go :) luckily the staff can help with that and offers a full-service, thanks so much!

Everything! Especially the breakfast, the views, the plants and the whole hotel in general was really beautiful.

The bed and pillows were all soooo hard and the bedding was lacking. The mattress felt really old- every time my partner moved it was very bouncy. It was so hard I had to keep turning to the other side because my hips and shoulders would ache. Only a sheet and a heavier winter blanket was provided. Something in between would have been much more appropriate! We unfortunately didn’t sleep well any of the nights :(

So grateful we found this gem!! Paradise Realis was our first stop of a three-week Italy trip and they set the bar high in so many ways! The staff, first and foremost, are so kind and were always willing to help with all of our questions. Our Italian was lacking but Google Translate came in handy!! The view? STUNNING. We loved relaxing by the pool and having candlelit dinners on the terrace. The dinners we had were especially good although not necessarily cheap depending on what you order. The breakfast spread was truly delicious (savory & sweet) with a self-serve espresso machine. Everything tasted garden-fresh and had a very natural and organic feel. We met several other young travelers and also saw some families at the hotel as well as older travelers. The location is up a hill, however, they offer a free shuttle every day with various drop-off and pick-up times and that worked perfectly for us. Our last night we grabbed $3.50 sandwiches from the Minimart down in the piazza by the port. There was a fridge in our room and this made for a perfect dinner back on our private patio along with a glass of tasty wine from the hotel bar. Although it’s a bit removed from town, I felt like that added a layer of peace and tranquility vs being in the hustle and bustle of the beach crowd. For activities, we took the shuttle to Negombo one day which was barely a 5-minute walk from the drop off point. We also hiked Mt Empomeo and ate at the restaurant at the summit! If you choose to do the same, do be sure to get very clear directions on how to take the public bus there — we went the wrong way and this was a little chaotic to navigate 😅 overall, we would absolutely stay here again!!! We loved the pool so much and wish it stayed open past 7pm! It was always clean and lovely to swim in and read beside. The restaurant was a little pricey for us to do dinner there every night but we certainly enjoyed our meals there when we had them!

A lovely family-hosted small hotel on top of the mountain in between the two villages "Lacco ameno" and "Casamicciola Terme". According to the location, see below. Hotel has got a FANTASTIC view on to the sea, the harbour and surroundings of the island. Breakfast is phenomenal. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are a bit small even tho we booked a deluxe room and kind of a bit dark since there is only the entrance (balcony doors) having the sunlight come in and no more windows. But - why would you stay in your room anyway at such a beautiful location? Rooms booked with sea view and balcony are just WOW - you gotta sit very private and enjoy your balcony view. Rooms are fairly acceptable equipped, nothing to special, bed is ok-comfy, everything is clean. Nice pool area. Location: As already mentioned, hotel is on the top of a small mountain, reachable by car, vespa, local bus (strange timetable tho). There is a free shuttle service from the Hotel running several times daily either to the one or the other village for taking you down and if agreed, also back upon availability and in a specific time range. We once walked the distance up & down the hill, takes you at least 20-30 min. There is no supermarket or anything nearby the hotel - everything is located down in the village.

Restaurant is nice, but a little overpriced - but so is everything on the island, it is VERY touristic ;-) (we arrived from naples where everything is a bit more authentic and more easy accessable and cheaper, so therefore it was kind of a unpleasant surprise for us, but still fine ;-))
