Our host Romina was very friendly and flexible. Location is top if you want to go to the thermal pool. You can just go on your slippers. The flat was very large and keeping the baby was easier than in a hotel room.

We were at the top floor without lift and we have a 10 months old baby. The air conditioning in the living room was repaired recently but still not functioning. It wasn’t a big problem since the temperatures outside were still acceptable for a Southern guy like me.

The front desk staff was amazingly fabulous! The young woman working there, the young man who had in my suitcase up six flights of stairs and the general manager in the evening were all what made this stay excellent! And then that they have their own three indoor pools in really neat arched rooms and I got them all to myself when I arrived! It was the perfect place to truly relax! Their 2 smallish hot springs pools & 1 small salt water float pool use has an extra charge but it’s 100% worth it! 😃

We had a lovely stay in the quaint little town of Casciano. The hotel was very pleasant and had a very pretty inner courtyard. The wellness area was wonderful with 3 different pools with different temperatures. The amazing feature was that we were able to secure exclusive access to the very spacious spa area for 25€ per person, meaning we were two people in the whole spa area.

During the night there was a lot of noise in the inner courtyard, due to staff moving furniture around the hotel. For some reason this was taking place at 1 am at night. But I believe this was an exception and is usually not the case.

The hotel dates from the 1700’s and has been recently renovated to the highest standard, having won an award for its restyling. Our suit had an enormous bathroom and lounge kitchen with views on three side of the town and countryside. All our rooms were spacious, impeccably clean and well appointed with everything necessary. The terme had three large rooms each with its own specific bath style and temperature and all was wonderfully styled, casual elegant and spotless. The hosts were very professional but combined this with a wonderfully genuine care that made everything easy and a pleasure. Local information about restaurants and the many beautiful small villages nearby was readily available. The structure also organises various dinners and music events throughout the year. We are lucky to live only 40km away and are looking forward to going back. Don’t miss this fantastic hotel and spa in the classic Tuscan countryside between Pisa Livorno and Florence

We got a free room upgrade and the management was also super helpful and willing to accommodate our requests. The area is also nice and quite and serves as a great base to explore the rest of Tuscany if you are willing to drive.

Cleaning is done every 3 days and you are expected to throw away your own garbage in the designated area on the property

Location, thermal baths, breakfast on the square, Miriam’s fantastic welcome and helpfulness, air conditioned and comfortable.

Rather sparsely equipped apartment - including kitchenette. No washing facilities on site.

Availability of the reception. (Ricardo waited for us despite late check in) The involvement of the host and the welcomming was highly appreciated.

I loved everything about the hotel. The room was spacious, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, the spa was incredible. Cannot recommend enough!
