I don’t remember his name but he was great and patient with me. I speak no Italian and he explained everything to me a couple of times
The location is a very short and safe walk to the the Royal Palace of Conserta. That is the reason I went to Conserta. The parking is gated and locked. There is a small cafe right down the street. The room had a sauna(which I loved), a jetted tub,a lift so you don’t have to lug your luggage up stairs, a small entry way. It was a good place.

HOST: He was excellent. He was very helpful with everything that I asked and gave me good suggestions. BREAKFAST: It was very good. It was delivered to the room and had everything that I needed (milk, coffee, toasts, croissant, jam, nutella, orange juice). BATHROOM: Excellent. It was clean and functional. Good water pressure and water temperature. ROOM: Excellent. Comfortable bed, comfortable adjustable temperature, nice TV, big wardrobe. It was clean and tidy.
CHECK-IN: I had to wait a little bit to check in, around 20 minutes. Not a big problem anyway. LOCATION: The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, but it's not very near the train station. It's on the opposite side of the city centre. Again, not a problem for me, but take into account that it will take you around 25-30 minutes to walk to the train station.

The place is in a quiet area, safe parking with gate, very clean room . The host Alessandro is a very nice person and very helpful.

Simple but effective breakfast for free, because I had to cath a train he served it at 7.40 in stead of 8.00. Good wifi, bed. 18 minute walk from trainstation.

+ good price + very clean and good smell + nice bed + nice room and lovely decorated + very good breakfast, but...
... - breakfast was served only once, on the second day I left at 7:30 and did not get one not even something to go, although I asked for it - some guests can be loud and barking dogs - toilet very loud - fridge would be great - only one shall garbage bin
