Good location, parking for the night was 8 Eur at the hotel room size and breakfast was good

No one speaks english at the hotel, the staff where screaming at eachother 99% of the time we were there. Although we appreciate and tried to use our limited Italian, the staff seemed to be intentionally speaking at extremly fast pace in Italian when addressing us. This did not impacted our stay, but all in all felt that we were the only ones doing an extra length to understand each other (For clarification purposes, we were not expecting full english speaker staff, this is Italy!)

Good location for train station and the Caserta Royal Palace. I arrived before check-in and the hotel was locked, but on pressing the bell someone came and I was able to leave my suitcase at the hotel while I visited the Caserta Royal Palace. I had to ask at reception for the wifi password. Staff didn't speak English, but this wasn't a problem. The single room was clean and fine for the price. I slept well and there was no problem with noise.

I liked the fact that the furnishings were of a vintage period, in wood. I liked the colours used, extra blanket was real wool, nice and warm, all this was a pleasantly different experience from most other hotels which are very impersonal, synthetic and cold

I was surprised that my room was not cleaned, I only stayed two night, so I thought maybe there had been a mistake and did not make a fuss, but if the room had not been cleaned the second day I would have inquired

Location excellent. Just minutes walk from train and royal palace Small single room as booked but everything really lovely. Very quiet overlooking small courtyard area with many pot plants. Breakfast. Excellent coffee in bar area and freshly cut fruit for a plant based diet. Much appreciated

Location to the Reggio was perfect as we could only do a fleeting visit to it unfortunately. Car parking was tight' but that did not matter as it was safe as we were heading to Puglia with a full car.

The hotel is in a great location just down the street from the train station. It’s an elegant old style and they made good use of the limited space with next door to include parking and a cafe where breakfast is served. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The bathroom was tight to include a bidet but modern; the shower pressure was good. I liked the breakfast - mine was cappuccino, cornetto, yogurt, fresh fruit and juice. I felt the owners were highly involved in having a successful hotel.

Wifi was not available in my room

Beautiful rooms in the old but very nicely renovated building. The owners were helpful and flexible with our requests. Location is very good to explore the castle, city or to go to nearby outlet village by bus. Good restaurants and cafes are nearby.

This is a really nice hotel only 3 minutes away from the train station and the center. I got a very pretty room with a street view. I don't think the pictures do justice to this hotel! The breakfast was an italian style and made by the order. I especially want to thank the wonderful staff of the hotel!

Value for money excellent. Old building, but comfortable. Continental breakfast. Limited car parking on site. Easy reach of train station.

Good price. Big room. Historic building in an old development.

It is not easy to communicate in English. There are not many options at breakfast.
