Great stay. Facilities were great decent size room and the bed was big and comfortable. Can't comment on babies cot as we brought our own. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, a big of selection of sweet and savoury food, definitely worth paying 8€ for it. The late check out (12 o'clock) was just perfect for us having a little one who needed a nap mid morning. It's so handy to be able to park right in front of the room and even though it was busy, it was very quiet. Arona and the lake is nearby, literally just 10 mins straight down the road. Perfect for a weekend away:)

good spot if you have a car, A/C was doing good job, room was spacious, bed super comfortable, a lot of basic toilet stuff available (even single use toothbrushes which was replaced each day if we decided to throw out previous ones). Really helpful staff-lady, she borrowed us electricity adapters

One small issue was that parking spot for our room 159 was not available - parking place is not there anymore, now there are stairs to some other staff part of the motel. But it's not a major problem because you still can easily park the car in distance of 50 meters where a few unlabeled parking spots just waits to be used. And missing parking place next to room door was only the case for our room as far as I noticed, rest of parking spots are super fine

-Staff can speak English. (very valuable in Italy) -Very convenient to park your own car in front of the room. -Clean rooms and lobby. -Good breakfast.

-There is a lot of traffic in front of the hotel and no sidewalks, so it is dangerous to walk. -The access to the car from the room is a little noisy at night instead of being easy to get to. -When going from the room to the canteen room or reception, you have to go through the outside. (I couldn't figure out how to open the inner door. It might not open.)

I read some reviews that say "good for one night".In my opinion, if you like the location of the hotel, you can stay for 10 days.The car is in front of the entrance to the room. A big plus because of the luggage.The rooms are nice and big.The bed is huge.Honestly, I was surprised by the small number of guests.And I would like to give a praise to the girl at the front desk.She was very, very kind.

We really liked this hotel/motel. We could park outside our room and move our baggage easily. Reception were extremely helpful, the security on site were very good. Our room was a very good size, well decorated and had everything we needed. The bathroom was also equipped with all we needed. Breakfast was interesting, you pre booked your choice of food in the evening and the time you wanted breakfast. When you arrived in the Breakfast Room your food was ready for you. Close by was Lake Maggiore which was really interesting.

Very well thought out, all ground floor rooms, parking for a car in front of each room. Nice, big bathroom, enough towels. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Humidity in the room. There is a mcdonalds and a steakhouse nearby, but there is no grocery store nearby. There are no sidewalks anywhere, so it's hard to walk on the side of the road.

Reception was very good with friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and very good value

The bathroom although very clean could do with an upgrade. My big problem was finding the hotel. Satnav was completley wrong and even google maps had it in the wrong place. The hotel sign was hidden behind a hedge

It was really brilliant personal even we arrive at night time before they help for us with the taxi because Italian taxi driver was bad in English:)) receptions guyes personally explained to him what we nead. Hotel room was really good with romantic furnishings;) mirrors on the sealing sexy lights also in shower,we liked it even we are not a couple ;))) outside Super gardens and near lake with bicycling ways. This the best after stressful day to stop and brew fresh air after chaos day in airports. Next morning very cosy breakfast Super coffee and personal help against to organize cheap taxi with amazing driver (respect for hornest Drummers !!! ;))). Everything was more or less fine, they leave in the room stuff for you to shave and all. For one night it was just enough.

When I leave a hotel room I always check under the bed in case I dropped something. I was surprised when I found a big spider under the bed. Not sure if it was alive or dead but still... There were some web spiders in the corners also. Seems I didn't sleep alone after all.

The staff were superbly friendly and welcoming! The car is parked right in front of the room and the room was very nice and clean! The breakfast was great as well! The property owner was there and even invited us two cappuccinos on the house :)
