Lovely room, comfortable beds, good shower, beautifully decorated, well appointed. The bar served a very good Hugo cocktail and there is a good view of old Castelsardo. The breakfast is excellent and a very good range of food choices.

It is a long walk to the restuarants (uphill)and parking is not easy. We therefore opted to have our meal at the resort. It was expensive and disappointing, the worst meal we had in our week's travel round Sardinia.

As it was a low season, hotel was just preparing for the summer. The place is amazing. Extremely nice pool area. Less than 100 meters to a nice beach, where sun beds are free for hotel customers. Basic gym. Entertainment team was putting a lot of effort to make hotel guests enjoy their stay. But the highest ranking goes to hotel lunch and dinner. Selection and quality were amazing. Pizza, pasta, lasagne, salads, chicken, fish, bbq meat, dessert selection. Good enough red and white wine free of charge. Chef and other kitchen personnel must be this year on a different level compared to comments from previous years. Some dishes were better than in ”premium level” restaurants in Italy.

Public areas are nice, but as this is an old hotel, there were some maintenance needs in the hotel room. Nothing big however.

Wonderful location with a private beach.. lot of rocks but we loved it. The staff was available to accommodate our requests, they speak several languages. Excellent value for money. Great sea view from the rooms on the third floor.

We asked for twin beds but at our arrival we found a queen bed, they changed it for ours immediately. We found some hair in the shower. Pool service could be improved instead of having to go down a floor to order lunch or a cocktail at the counter. It was annoying having to climb a flight of stairs with suitcases because the lift does not reach the rooms on the third floor.

THe accomodation was beyond expectations. A big room with the terrase at the size as the room. The view to the see side and to the old city (Castelsardo). I will never forget it.

Maybe just the pool which was a little bit cold. But this is minor objection. Usually I went to the beach immediatelly in front of the Hotel.

The location is perfect. The old town/castle is just a short walk away. The breakfast is very good with plenty of choices. The swimming is superb and it is a perfect choice for windy days. The staff is great.

Parking can be challenging. The rooms have (perhaps) too many stairs. Also, to get to our room from the lift there were stairs, a bit challenging if you are carrying heavy luggage.

The room was spacious, very clean, and equipped with TV and a mini fridge. The breakfast selection was big and diverse. The pool was a nice add-on and well-maintained. There are 2-3 beaches in walking distance away. The Casteladro city center and the restaurants were also reachable by foot.

Everything went smooth. The location is pretty close to city center.

The coffee mochine was extremely bad. During breakfast you can expect people to make a lot of coffees. However, the coffee machine was always jamming. Just to give you an example, during our breakfast(30-40 min maximum), you could except two jams from the machine. Sure, the staff was cleaning it etc, but still, sometimes, I could not have a second cup of coffee. The internet: So the wifi can be marked as extremely bad. You had signal, but you could barely open google.com. No chance to have an online meeting, or an online call.

we had the most amazing three nights here, as seems to be, and they upgraded us to a larger room. The pool is really nice, much bigger than I thought it would be and has lovely comfy sunbeds. The access down to the beach is easy and if you know how to get in it’s lovely for snorkelling, there is a easier beach 10 minutes walk up the road. We found a walk into town in the evening really lovely. Finally breakfast was AMAZING - Coffee freshly ground for you by the machine, nice savoury pastries and fruit for those of us that aren’t keen on the Italian cakes and also some delicious cakes (especially like the chilli chocolate).

just in case anyone from the staff reads this - we found the noise from the bar quite distracting when we were lying by the pool however we are not Italians so have a much lower tolerance for music! However this only bothered us once in the three days

Nice hotel with a great location. The staff was very helpful with dinner reservations and other questions we had during our stay. The outdoor area with sun beds and swimming pool was perfect on the warm days. The breakfast buffet had the basics and was ok, big plus for allergy friendly options.

A bit thin walls so you could hear the neighbor snoring. Also the cleaners knocked on the door before 9 in the morning, two time they even came in while we were still sleeping, so had to put the “do not disturb” to avoid that.

Our check-in was straightforward and enhanced by helpful and responsive staff (Valentina(?) , who spoke good English and able to provide recommendations to enhance our two day trip to Castelsardo. The hotel is not new but well located in a quiet part of town and all the areas are immaculately clean. Our sea view bedroom (Room 236) was recently decorated and a very good size with high ceilings, quiet efficient air conditioning and a large balcony. The bathroom was modern and spotless and the location was a 5 minute walk to the centre along a well made footpath. Breakfast was buffet style with a large variety. The large pool was clean, supervised and during our stay (23rd June) was uncrowded. We had an absolutely faultless stay enhanced by the friendly professional attitude of all the staff. cannot recommend more highly.
