The owner is very friendly and hospitable. He explained to us everything, asked us the preferred time for breakfast, and served us a breakfast that fulfilled us for a whole day. His cat Audrey is extremely adorable and playful. She accompanied us for the breakfast

The only downside for this accommodation is the terrace because it is a shared one. Therefore there is no privacy on the outside space and you have to keep curtains closed because you might find the neighbor sneaking on you. A simple PVC or aluminum divider could solve this problem

Everything around the stay, from arrival welcome, to suggestions about where to go and where to eat, up to the breakfast and leave. The host is a very nice person.
